Proyek pembangunan dan renovasi 14 venue pon xxi di provinsi aceh memiliki karakteristik dengan penjadwalan yang sangat ketat dan tidak ada toleransi atas keterlambatan. perubahan regulasi mengenai pelaksanaan pon yang dipercepat dari oktober menjadi september berdampak pada penyelesaian waktu proyek. dibutuhkannya strategi percepatan yang efektif untuk memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu tanpa mengorbankan mutu dan biaya yang merupakan triple constraint. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara strategi percepatan dengan pencapaian waktu proyek. strategi percepatan yang dianalisis meliputi penambahan tenaga kerja, penerapan sistem shift kerja, penggunaan alat berat, dan penambahan jam kerja. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner. pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, didapatkan sebanyak 25 responden dari pihak kontraktor dan konsultan manajemen konstruksi. data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan software pendukung spss. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat strategi percepatan tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pencapaian waktu proyek. uji determinasi menghasilkan nilai r² sebesar 0,571, yang menunjukkan bahwa 57,1% variasi dalam pencapaian waktu proyek dapat dijelaskan oleh strategi percepatan yang digunakan. temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan strategi percepatan yang tepat untuk memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai jadwal tanpa mengorbankan mutu dan biaya.

The construction and renovation project of 14 venues for the XXI National Sports Week (PON) in Aceh Province is characterized by an extremely tight schedule with no tolerance for delays. Regulatory changes that advanced the event from October to September have had a significant impact on the project’s completion timeline. Therefore, effective acceleration strategies are required to ensure timely project delivery without compromising quality and cost components of the project management triple constraint. This study aims to analyze the relationship between acceleration strategies and project time performance. The strategies examined include workforce augmentation, implementation of shift work systems, utilization of heavy equipment, and extension of working hours. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey approach through questionnaires. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 25 respondents from contractors and construction management consultants. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS software. The results indicate that all four acceleration strategies have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on project time achievement. The coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.571, indicating that 57.1% of the variation in project time performance can be explained by the implemented acceleration strategies. These findings highlight the importance of selecting appropriate acceleration strategies to ensure that projects are completed on schedule without sacrificing quality and cost.
