skripsi perbandingan analisis struktur rumah berlantai satu di banda aceh dengan variasi beban gempa dan material kuda-kuda tasya nadira 2104101010076 program studi sarjana teknik sipil departemen teknik sipil - fakultas teknik universitas syiah kuala abstrak indonesia sebagai wilayah yang berada di zona tektonik aktif memiliki risiko gempa bumi yang tinggi, termasuk kota banda aceh. oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan struktur bangunan yang mampu menahan beban gempa dengan baik. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja struktur rumah berlantai satu terhadap variasi beban gempa dan jenis material kuda-kuda, dengan studi kasus di empat kecamatan, yaitu ulee kareng, kuta alam, baiturrahman, dan banda raya. penelitian diawali dengan survei lapangan untuk menentukan tipologi bangunan tipikal, yang kemudian dimodelkan menggunakan perangkat lunak sap2000. dua metode analisis gempa yang digunakan adalah metode respon spectrum dan time history yaitu time history pidie jaya, time history morgan hill dan time history kocaeli, serta dua jenis material kuda-kuda yang dianalisis adalah kayu dan baja ringan. hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persentase perbandingan rasio kapasitas antara material baja ringan terhadap kayu dengan kondisi bangunan yang sudah aman pada gempa respon spectrum sebesar 48,03%, sedangkan pada ketiga time history sebesar 72,56%. untuk analisis displacement arah-x, persentase perbandingan respon spectrum sebesar 0,82% dan ketiga time history sebesar 66,16%, sementara untuk displacement arah-y, persentase respon spectrum sebesar 2,68% dan ketiga time history sebesar 3,02%. berdasarkan analisis struktur menggunakan trial and error, diperoleh kondisi struktur yang aman dengan spesifikasi dimensi kolom 20 cm × 20 cm mutu beton k-250, serta ring balok berukuran 10 cm × 15 cm mutu beton k-175 untuk kedua material kuda-kuda. penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemilihan material kuda-kuda dan metode analisis gempa sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja struktur. kata kunci: gempa bumi, displacement, rasio kapasitas, kuda-kuda kayu, kudakuda baja ringan, sap2000.



Abstract

Undergraduate Thesis Comparative Analysis of Single-Storey House Structures in Banda Aceh with Variations in Earthquake Load and Roof Truss Material Tasya Nadira 2104101010076 Undergraduate Program of Civil Engineering Department of Civil Engineering - Faculty of Engineering Universitas Syiah Kuala Abstract Indonesia as a region located in an active tectonic zone has a high risk of earthquakes, including the city of Banda Aceh. Therefore, it is necessary to plan building structures that are able to withstand earthquake loads well. This research aims to analyze the comparative performance of one-story house structures against variations in earthquake loads and types of truss materials, with case studies in four sub-districts, namely Ulee Kareng, Kuta Alam, Baiturrahman, and Banda Raya. The research began with a field survey to determine a typical building typology, which was then modeled using SAP2000 software. The two earthquake analysis methods used are method respon spectrum And time history, namely Time History Pidie Jaya, Time History Morgan Hill and Time History Kocaeli, and the two types of truss materials analyzed are roof truss and light steel. The results of the analysis show that the percentage ratio of the capacity ratio between light steel and roof truss materials and the condition of the building is safe in earthquakes respon spectrum amounted to 48.03%, while in third time history amounting to 72.56%. For analysis displacement x-direction, comparison percentage respon spectrum of 0.82% and third time history amounted to 66.16%, while for displacement y-direction, percentage respon spectrumby 2.68% and thirdtime history of 3.02%. Based on structural analysis using the trial and error, safe structural conditions were obtained with column dimensions of 20 cm × 20 cm, K-250 concrete quality, and beam rings measuring 10 cm × 15 cm, K-175 concrete quality for both truss materials. This research concludes that the choice of truss material and earthquake analysis methods greatly influence structural performance.
