Persimpangan jl. teuku iskandar – jl. dr.syarif thayeb yang merupakan simpang tak bersinyal empat lengan. ruas jalan yang berada di gampong lambhuk ini merupakan jalan keluar masuk lalu lintas dari dan menuju kota banda aceh dan aceh besar. di gampong lambhuk terdapat beberapa tempat yang menjadi titik kumpul masyarakat diantaranya ialah sekolah, depo hiace, spbu, pusat kuliner, rumah sakit jiwa dan rumah sakit umum daerah zainal abidin, dimana simpang jl. teuku iskandar – jl. dr. syarif thayeb menjadi salah satu akses yang paling sering digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk menuju lokasi tersebut. penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan dan kinerja simpang tak bersinyal. penelitian ini menggunakan metode pedoman kapasitas jalan indonesia (pkji, 2023) sebagai acuan dalam penelitian. berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan di lapangan dapat diperoleh data berupa volume lalu lintas, arah pergerakan, dan jenis kendaraan. didapatkan data volume lalu lintas tertinggi dari hasil rekapitulasi jumlah semua kendaraan pada semua pendekat dan periode waktu diubah ke satuan mobil penumpang dengan mengalikan faktor ekuivalen setiap jenis kenderaan, sm = 0,2 , mp = 1, ks = 1,8. hasil analisis simpang didapatkan volume (v) lalu lintas tertinggi sebesar 3.051 smp/jam, kapasitas (c) 3.098 smp/jam, derajat kejenuhan (dj) 0,98, tundaan simpang (t) sebesar 18,37 det/smp, dan nilai peluang antrian (pa) berkisar pada 39 % - 77 %. dengan indeks tingkat pelayanan adalah c, dimana keadaan arus lalu lintas masih stabil, kecepatan perjalanan dan kebebasan bergerak sudah dipengaruhi oleh besarnya volume lalu lintas sehingga pengemudi tidak dapat lagi memilih kecepatan yang diinginkan.

The intersection of Jl. Teuku Iskandar – Jl. Dr. Syarif Thayeb which is a four-arm signalless intersection. This road section is a way to enter and exit traffic from and to the cities of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. This intersection is in Gampong Lambhuk, where this area is experiencing population growth and economic development. In Gampong Lambhuk there are several places that are gathering points for the community, including schools, Hiace Depot, Culinary Centers, Mental Hospitals and Zainal Abidin Regional General Hospital, where the intersection of Jl. Teuku Iskandar – Jl. Dr. Syarif Thayeb is one of the most frequently used accesses by the community to get to the location. This study is to determine the level of service and performance of unsignalized intersections. This study uses the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2023) method as a reference in the research. Based on surveys conducted in the field, data in the form of traffic volume, direction of movement, and type of vehicle can be obtained. The highest traffic volume data was obtained from the recapitulation of the number of all vehicles on all approaches and time periods converted into passenger car units by multiplying the equivalent factor for each type of vehicle, SM = 0.2, MP = 1, KS = 1.8. The results of intersection analysis obtained the highest traffic volume (V) of 3,051 smp/hour, capacity (C) of 3,098 smp/hour, degree of saturation (DJ) of 0.98, intersection delay (T) of 18.37 sec/junior high, and the value of queue opportunities (PA) ranging from 39% - 77%. With the service level index being C, where the state of traffic flow is still stable, travel speed and freedom of movement have been affected by the volume of traffic so that drivers can no longer choose the desired speed.
