[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. di bawah bimbingan nurmasyitah, s.pd, m.ed., dan mislinawati, s.pdi, m.pd. rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran ipas merupakan fenomena yang sering ditemukan oleh guru. salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar adalah project based learning. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model project based learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ipas di kelas iv sd negeri 2 lamcot kabupaten aceh besar. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental dengan bentuk desain nonequivalent control group design. populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas iv sd negeri 2 lamcot dengan mengambil sampel dua kelas (kelas iva sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas ivb sebagai kelas kontrol) melalui teknik nonbrobability sampling. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes pilihan ganda. analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji mann-whitney berbantuan ibm spss statistics 25. hasil uji mann-whitney menghasilkan nilai asymp.sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. dengan demikian h_0 ditolak dan h_a diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model poject based learning (pjbl) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ipas di kelas iv sd negeri 2 lamcot kabupaten aceh besar. kata kunci: project based learning, hasil belajar, ipas.

Low student learning outcomes in science and science learning is a phenomenon that is often encountered by teachers. One learning model that can be applied to improve learning outcomes is Project Based Learning. This research aims to determine the effect of using the Project Based Learning model on student learning outcomes in science and science subjects in class IV of SD Negeri 2 Lamcot, Aceh Besar Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research was all fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Lamcot by taking samples from two classes (class IVA as the experimental class and class IVB as the control class) using non-brobability sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by administering multiple choice tests. Data analysis was carried out using the Mann-Whitney test assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the Mann-Whitney test generate value Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on student learning outcomes in science and science subjects in class IV of SD Negeri 2 Lamcot, Aceh Besar Regency.
