[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. di bawah bimbingan dr. siti maryam, m.si, dan laili suhairi, s.pd, m.si. fenomena meningkatnya minat masyarakat untuk mengunjungi kafe bukan hanya untuk menikmati makanan, tetapi juga untuk bersosialisasi, bekerja, dan bersantai, menjadi dasar penelitian ini. soba house space menawarkan cafe atmosphere yang nyaman dan konsep vintage, serta produk unggulan yang menarik pengunjung. oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui pengaruh keduanya terhadap revisit intention konsumen. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cafe atmosphere dan produk favorit terhadap revisit intention konsumen soba house space di banda aceh. pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif diskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner skala dikotomis. sampel penelitian berjumlah 75 responden yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan spss versi 26.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik cafe atmosphere maupun produk favorit memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention konsumen. suasana kafe yang nyaman dan produk favorit yang diminati konsumen menjadi faktor penting dalam mendorong minat kunjungan ulang ke soba house space. kata kunci: cafe atmosphere, produk favorit, revisit intention, soba house space.

Supervised by Dr. Siti Maryam, M.Si, and Laili Suhairi, S.Pd, M.Si. The increasing interest of people in visiting Cafes is not only for enjoying food but also for socializing, working, and relaxing, which forms the basis for this study. Soba House Space offers a comfortable Cafe Atmosphere with a vintage concept, as well as flagship products that attract visitors. Therefore, it is important to understand the influence of both factors on consumers' Revisit Intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of Cafe Atmosphere and Favorite Products on the Revisit Intention of consumers at Soba House Space in Banda Aceh. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a dichotomous scale questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 75 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26.0. The results show that both Cafe Atmosphere and Favorite Products have a positive and significant impact on consumers' Revisit Intention. A comfortable Cafe Atmosphere and popular products that consumers enjoy are important factors in encouraging repeat visits to Soba House Space.
