Ilan lentahai (2025). persepsi tokoh masyarakat gampong rukoh terhadap keberadaan coffe truck (mobil kafe) di bantaran krueng lamnyong.[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan hasbi ali, s.pd., m.si dan dr. saiful, s.pd., m.si coffee truck (mobil kafe) adalah suatu bentuk usaha kafe yang populer saat ini. penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mendeskripsikan persepsi tokoh masyarakat gampong rukoh terhadap keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) di bantaran krueng lamnyong. (2) mengetahui dampak keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) terhadap masyarakat gampong rukoh. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. penelitian ini di lakukan di gampong rukoh. informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang, geuchik/sekretaris geuchik, tokoh agama, tokoh adat, tokoh pemuda, tokoh perempuan, tokoh pengusaha, 2 kepala dusun lamnyong dan lam ara. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) persepsi tokoh masyarakat gampong rukoh terhadap keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) di bantaran krueng lamnyong adalah sebagai sesuatu yang tidak mendapat dukungan. (2) dampak yang di timbulkan dari keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) bagi keseluruhan masyarakat gampong rukoh itu sendiri secara positif dan negatif itu tidak ada. simpulan: (1) persepsi tokoh masyarakat gampong rukoh terhadap keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) di bantaran krueng lamnyong adalah sebagai sesuatu yang tidak mendapat dukungan dan mendapat penolakan dari tokoh masyarakat maupun pemerintah gampong rukoh. karena tidak memiliki izin usaha dan juga menempati kawasaan tersebut tanpa memberi laporan kepada pihak gampong rukoh. keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) menimbulkan hal-hal atau perbuatan yang melanggar syariat islam seperti campur baur antar perempuan dan laki-laki (ikhtilat) dan berdua-duan bagi yang bukan mahram (pacaran) dikawasan tersebut. (2) dampak yang di timbulkan dari keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) bagi keseluruhan masyarakat gampong rukoh itu sendiri secara positif dan negatif itu tidak ada. kecuali, beberapa dari mereka warga asli yang memiliki usaha di bantaran krueng lamnyong yang mendapat untung berjualan dikawasan tersebut. sedangkan, dampak yang timbul dari keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) yaitu dampak sosial, dampak lingkungan dan dampak pelanggaran norma agama. saran (1) bagi masyarakat di harapkan tanggapan serta partisipasi dalam mengawasi keberadaan coffee truck (mobil kafe) di bantaran krueng lamnyong. (2) pembuatan satgas patroli di kawasan gampong rukoh dan juga bantaran krung lamnyong (3) bagi pemerintah aceh di harapkan respon dalam penertiban coffee truck (mobil kafe) di bantaran krueng lamnyong. kata kunci : persepsi tokoh masyarakat, coffee truck (mobil kafe)

Abstract
Ilan Lentahai (2025). Perception of Community Leaders of Gampong Rukoh towards the Existence of Coffee Truck (Mobile Cafe) on the Bantaran Krueng Lamnyong [Thesis. Syiah Kuala University]. Under the guidance of Hasbi Ali, S.Pd., M.Si and Dr. Saiful, S.Pd., M.Si Coffee Truck (Mobil Kafe) is a popular form of cafe business today. This research aims to: (1) Describe the perceptions of Gampong Rukoh community leaders towards the existence of Coffee Truck (Mobile Cafe) on the banks of Krueng Lamnyong. (2) to know the impact of the existence of Coffee trucks (Mobil Kafe) on the people of Gampong Rukoh. This research uses qualitative research methods and descriptive research types. data collection using the interview method. This research was conducted in Gampong Rukoh. The informants in this study amounted to 8 people, Geuchik / Geuchik Secretary, religious leaders, traditional leaders, youth leaders, women leaders, business leaders, 2 heads of Lamnyong and Lam Ara hamlets. The results showed that: (1) The perception of Gampong Rukoh community leaders towards the existence of Coffee Trucks (Mobile Cafes) on the banks of Krueng Lamnyong is something that is not supported. (2) The impact of the existence of Coffee Trucks (Mobil Kafe) for the whole community of Gampong Rukoh itself positively and negatively does not exist. Conclusion: (1) The perception of Gampong Rukoh community leaders towards the existence of Coffee Trucks (Mobile Cafes) on the banks of Krueng Lamnyong is as something that does not receive support and is rejected by community leaders and the Gampong Rukoh government. Because it does not have a business license and also occupies the area without reporting to Gampong Rukoh. The existence of Coffee Truck (Mobile Cafe) causes things or actions that violate Islamic law such as mixing between women and men (Ikhtilat) and together for those who are not Mahram (Courtship) in the area. (2) The impact of the existence of Coffee Trucks (Mobile Cafes) for the entire community of Gampong Rukoh itself positively and negatively does not exist. except, some of them are natives who have businesses on the banks of Krueng Lamnyong who benefit from selling in the area. Meanwhile, the impacts arising from the existence of Coffee Trucks (Mobil Kafe) are social impacts, environmental impacts and the impact of violations of religious norms. Suggestions (1) the community is expected to respond and participate in monitoring the presence of Coffee Trucks (Mobile Cafes) on the banks of Krueng Lamnyong. (2) Creation of a patrol task force in the Gampong Rukoh area and also the banks of Krung Lamnyong (3) for the Aceh government, it is hoped that a response will be expected in controlling Coffee Trucks (Cafe Cars) on the banks of Krueng Lamnyong.
