Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kendala guru dalam merancang modul ajar bahasa indonesia, (2) kendala guru dalam melaksanakan modul ajar bahasa indonesia, dan (3) kendala guru dalam melaksanakan asesmen pembelajaran di smp negeri 5 rantau aceh tamiang. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis peneletian deskriptif. subjek penelitian yaitu, guru bahasa indonesia kelas viii. teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. data di analisis secara kualitatif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kendala guru dalam merancang modul ajar, yaitu (1) kertebatasan waktu, (2) keterbatasan sumber daya, dan (3) penyesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan siswa. selanjutnya kendala guru dalam pelaksanaan modul ajar, yaitu (1) kendala dalam pengelolaan kelas, (2) kesulitan menggunakan metode yang bervariatif, dan (3) keterbatasan sumber daya. di samping itu, kendala guru dalam pelaksanaan asesmen pembelajaran, yaitu (1) variasi kemampuan siswa, (2) kendala teknis, dan (3) keterbatasan waktu dalam pelaksanaan asesmen. kata kunci: kendala guru, modul ajar, asesmen pembelajaran, kurikulum merdeka.



Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) teachers' constraints in designing Indonesian teaching modules, (2) teachers' constraints in implementing Indonesian teaching modules, and (3) teachers' constraints in implementing learning assessments at SMP Negeri 5 Rantau Aceh Tamiang. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The subject of the research is the 8th grade Indonesian language teacher. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's constraints in designing teaching modules, namely (1) time constraints, (2) limited resources, and (3) material adjustments to student needs. Furthermore, teachers' constraints in implementing teaching modules, namely (1) constraints in classroom management, (2) difficulties in using varied methods, and (3) limited resources. In addition, teachers' constraints in implementing learning assessments, namely (1) variations in students' abilities, (2) technical constraints, and (3) limited time in implementing assessments.
