[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dr. intan safiah s.ag., m.pd dan dr. ahadin m.ed. pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di sekolah dasar sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus (abk). hambatan yang muncul antara lain kesulitan dalam memahami materi, komunikasi sosial yang terbatas, serta perbedaan gaya belajar antara siswa abk dan siswa reguler, yang mempengaruhi perkembangan akademis dan emosional mereka. selain itu terbatasnya fasilitas juga menjadi kendala dalam terciptanya proses pembelajaran yang efektif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran inklusif di kelas ii sd negeri 25 banda aceh, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang muncul dalam penerapan pendidikan inklusif tersebut, baik dari segi model, metode dan media pembelajaran, interaksi siswa, maupun dukungan yang tersedia. pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas ii, 1 guru pendamping khusus, dan siswa kelas ii sejumlah 33 siswa yang terdiri dari 23 siswa reguler dan 10 siswa abk. teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis data dilakukan mulai tahap reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi/kesimpuan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran inklusif di sd negeri 25 banda aceh berjalan dengan baik, melibatkan semua siswa, baik reguler maupun abk. guru menggunakan berbagai metode dan media pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan. namun, hambatan seperti keberagaman kemampuan siswa, keterbatasan sarana, serta gangguan dari lingkungan sekitar mempengaruhi kelancaran pembelajaran. meski demikian, guru tetap berupaya mengatasi tantangan tersebut melalui pendekatan yang mendukung. kata kunci: pembelajaran, sekolah inklusif.



Abstract

Supervised by Dr. Intan Safiah S.Ag., M.Pd and Dr. Ahadin M.Ed. The implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools often faces challenges in meeting the learning needs of students with special needs (SEN). Obstacles that arise include difficulties in understanding the material, limited social communication, and differences in learning styles between SEN students and regular students, which affect their academic and emotional development. Additionally, the limited facilities also become a constraint in creating an effective learning process. This study aims to describe the process of implementing inclusive education in the second-grade classroom at SD Negeri 25 Banda Aceh, as well as to identify the barriers encountered in the implementation of inclusive education, including teaching methods, student interactions, and available support. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive research design. The subjects of this research are the second-grade teacher, special education teacher, and 33 second-grade students, consisting of 23 regular students and 10 SEN students. Data collection techniques in this study included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in stages starting with data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion. The results of the study show that the process of implementing inclusive education at SD Negeri 25 Banda Aceh is running well, involving all students, both regular and SEN. The teacher uses various methods and learning media tailored to students' needs, creating a pleasant learning environment. However, challenges such as the diversity of student abilities, limited facilities, and disturbances from the surrounding environment affect the smoothness of the learning process. Nevertheless, the teacher continues to overcome these challenges through a supportive approach. Keywords: Learning, Inclusive Schools.
