Abstrak deswita safitri (2025). pengaruh model problem based learning pada mata pelajaran ipas terhadap keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah siswa kelas v sd negeri lampeuneurut kabupaten aceh besar. dibawah bimbingan dr. tursinawati, s.pd.i., m.pd., dan linda vitoria, s.si., m.sc. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model problem based learning (pbl) terhadap keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah siswa kelas v sd negeri lampeuneurut kabupaten aceh besar dalam mata pelajaran ipas pada materi sumber energi. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment. sampel terdiri dari kelas eksperimen 32 siswa yang diterapkan model problem based learning dan kelas kontrol 32 siswa yang tidak diberikan perlakuan. data dikumpulkan melalui tes esai keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji independent sampel t-test dengan bantuan ibm spss statistics. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model problem based learning pada mata pelajaran ipas terhadap keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah siswa, hal itu ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test kelas eksperimen yaitu 2,00 dengan kriteria cukup dan post-test meningkat menjadi 3,52 dengan kriteria baik. sementara nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol sedikit meningkat dari 1,59 dengan kriteria kurang menjadi 1,98 dengan kriteria kurang. hasil uji t independent sampel t-test menghasilkan nilai signifikansi. The Influence of Problem Based Learning Model in Science Subject on Scientific Argumentation Skills of Grade V Students of Lampeuneurut Elementary School, Aceh Besar Regency. Under the guidance of Dr. Tursinawati, S.Pd.I., M.Pd., and Linda Vitoria, S.Si., M.Sc This research aims to analyze the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the scientific argumentation skills of fifth grade students at Lampeunerut State Elementary School, Aceh Besar Regency in the science and sciences subject on energy sources. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of an experimental class of 32 students who applied the Problem Based Learning model and a control class of 32 students who were not given treatment. Data was collected through essay tests on scientific argumentation skills before and after learning. Data analysis was carried out using the Independent Sample T-Test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the application of the Problem Based Learning model in science subjects on students' scientific argumentation skills, this is shown by the average pre-test score for the experimental class, namely 2.00 with sufficient criteria and the post-test increased to 3.52 with good criteria. Meanwhile, the average value of the control class increased slightly from 1.59 with less criteria to 1.98 with less criteria.
