[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dr.yunus, s.pd., m.pd. dan dr. irwan putra, s.pd., m.pd. penanaman nilai-nilai pancasila merupakan langkah strategis dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang beraklah mulia, menumbuhkan rasa nasionalisme dan cinta tanah air, dan mewujudkan lingkungan sekolah yang harmonis dan disiplin. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanaman nilai-nilai pancasila melalui budaya sekolah di man model banda aceh, kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi budaya sekolah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pancasila di man model banda aceh. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru ppkn dan guru agama. pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, pengajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai pancasila di man model banda aceh telah diintergrasikan ke dalam berbagai aktivitas budaya sekolah dan terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai pancasila, seperti membaca al-qur`an, program khatam harian, budaya 5s, upacara bendera, jumat beramal, bakti sosial, osim, saleum, gotongroyong, dan kegiatan ekstakulikuler. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1. nilainilai pancasila dalam penanaman nilai-nilai pancasila telah berjalan secara efektif melalui berbagai budaya sekolah serta seluruh warga sekolah turut terlibat dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai pancasila baik melalui proses pembelajaran formal maupun non formal, 2. beberapa kendala seperti kurannya keterlibatan sebagai peserta didik dan pengaruh lingkungan luar sekolah. namun, kendala tersebut memiliki soluisi melalui kerja sama antar guru, orang tua dan pihak sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif. saran peneliti diharakan kepada guru lebih aktif dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai pancasila dalam proses pembelajaran maupun dalam aktifitas harian di sekolah, serta menjadi teladan yang konsisten bagi peserta didik. kata kunci: penanaman nilai, nilai-nilai pancasila, budaya sekolah

Under the guidance of Dr. Yunus, S.Pd., M.Pd. dan Dr. Irwan Putra, S.Pd., M.Pd. The inculcation of Pancasila values is a strategic step in shaping students' character with noble morals, fostering a sense of nationalism and love for the homeland, and creating a harmonious and disciplined school environment. This study aims to examine the inculcation of Pancasila values through school culture at MAN Model Banda Aceh, as well as the challenges and solutions faced in embedding Pancasila values within the school's culture. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study include the school principal, Civics (PPKn) teachers, and religious education teachers. Data was collected through interviews and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The findings show that the inculcation of Pancasila values at MAN Model Banda Aceh has been integrated into various school cultural activities and has proven effective in shaping students’ character according to Pancasila principles. These activities include Quran recitation, a daily Khatam program, the 5S culture (smile, greet, salute, polite, and courteous), flag ceremonies, Friday charity, social service, student council, osim, traditional greetings (saleum), mutual cooperation gotong-royong, and extracurricular activities. The conclusion of this study is 1. Pancasila values in instilling Pancasila values have been running effectively through various school cultures and all school residents are involved in internalizing Pancasila values both through formal and non-formal learning processes, 2. several obstacles such as lack of involvement as students and the influence of the environment outside the school. However, these obstacles have solutions through cooperation between teachers, parents and the school in creating a conducive environment. The researcher's suggestion is that teachers are expected to be more active in internalizing Pancasila values in the learning process and in daily activities at school, and to be consistent role models for students.
