Analisis korelasi dan pengaruh pada kriteria pemilihan subkontraktor terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi gedung di aceh oleh: naufal rizkyyanda nim. 2304201010009 komisi pembimbing: 1. dr. cut zukhrina oktaviani, s.t., m.t. 2. dr. ir. alfa taras bulba, s.t., m.sc abstrak salah satu faktor pencapaian keberhasilan suatu proyek konstruksi adalah peran dari subkontraktor yang melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik. namun, permasalahan yang ditimbulkan akibat dari pemilihan subkontraktor yang tidak tepat dapat mempengaruhi kelancaran maupun kesuksesan suatu proyek konstruksi. maka dari itu, kontraktor utama memiliki tantangan dalam melakukan pemilihan subkontraktor dengan evaluasi kriteria yang diprioritaskan, untuk menunjang pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan sehingga dapat berjalan secara aturan yang berlaku. penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi dan pengaruh pada kriteria pemilihan subkontraktor terhadap kesuksesan pengerjaan proyek pembangunan gedung yang berlokasi di aceh. metode yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menguji hipotesis. data dikumpulkan dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden (project manager, perusahaan kontraktor kualifikasi non kecil dengan klasifikasi bangunan gedung) yang berjumlah 74 responden. dalam pengolahan data dan teknik analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik. berdasarkan dari hasil analisis korelasi didapat hubungan antara kriteria pemilihan subkontraktor terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi gedung di aceh dengan korelasi antara keduanya termasuk dalam kategori moderat (sedang) dengan nilai sebesar 39,3%. selain itu pengaruh pada kriteria pemilihan subkontraktor terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi gedung keseluruhan variabel memiliki nilai signifikansi t-statistics > 1,96 dan pvalue < 0,05 yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kelima variabel tersebut. kata kunci: kriteria pemilihan, subkontraktor, kontraktor, konstruksi gedung, keberhasilanproyek.

Alfa Taras Bulba, S.T., M.Sc ABSTRACT One of the factors in achieving the success of a construction project is the role of subcontractors who carry out their work well. However, problems caused by the selection of inappropriate subcontractors can affect the smoothness or success of a construction project. Therefore, the main contractor has a challenge in selecting subcontractors with an evaluation of prioritized criteria, to support the implementation of an activity so that it can run according to applicable regulations. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the correlation and influence of subcontractor selection criteria on the success of a building construction project located in Aceh. The method used is a quantitative research method by testing the hypothesis. Data were collected using a questionnaire distribution technique to respondents (Project managers, non-small qualification contractor companies with building classifications) totaling 74 respondents. In data processing and analysis techniques using statistical software. Based on the results of the correlation analysis, the relationship between subcontractor selection criteria and the success of building construction projects in Aceh was obtained with a correlation between the two included in the moderate category with a value of 39.3%. In addition, the influence of subcontractor selection criteria on the success of the overall building construction project variable has a significance value of T-Statistics > 1.96 and P-Value < 0.05, which states that there is a significant influence between the five variables.
