Abstrak pesatnya perkembangan financial technology (fintech) di dunia saat ini merupakan satu bentuk inovasi yang memudahkan aktivitas manusia. salah satu perkembangan fintech memunculkan dompet digital (mobile wallet). mobile wallet merupakan salah satu metode pembayaran berbasis seluler yang dapat menggantikan fungsi dompet fisik yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan transaksi keuangan menggunakan smartphone sebagai media utama. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengukur pengaruh perceived security dan perceived value terhadap continuance intention pada mahasiswa aktif fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala yang dimediasi oleh satisfaction. data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 165 mahasiswa sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. teknik sampel yang digunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. statistical package for the social science (spss) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel- variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perceived security tidak signifikan mempengaruhi continuance intention, sedangkan perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance intention. perceived security dan perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction. pengaruh tidak langsung satisfaction mampu memediasi signifikan pengaruh perceived security dan perceived value terhadap continuance intention pada mahasiswa aktif fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala. kata kunci : perceived security, perceived value, satisfaction, continuance intention.



Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) in the world today is a form of innovation that facilitates human activities. One of the fintech developments has given rise to digital wallets (mobile wallets). Mobile wallets are one of the mobile-based payment methods that can replace the function of physical wallets that allow users to make financial transactions using smartphones as the main media. This study aims to measure the effect of Perceived Security and Perceived value on Continuance intention in active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University mediated by Satisfaction. Data were obtained through a survey of 165 students as a sample representing the research population and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with convenience sampling techniques. The Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) was used as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved. The results of the study found that Perceived Security did not significantly affect Continuance Intention, while Perceived value had a significant effect on Continuance Intention. Perceived Security and Perceived value had a significant effect on Satisfaction. The indirect effect of Satisfaction is able to significantly mediate the effect of Perceived Security and Perceived value on Continuance intention in active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University.
