Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecakapan auditor, efektivitas pengawasan dan lama masa kerja terhadap tindak lanjut atas rekomendasi auditor. jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada auditor inspektorat kabupaten/kota di aceh. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah responden 268 orang. metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan statistical program and sosial science (spss) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecakapan auditor, efektivitas pengawasan dan lama masa kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap tindak lanjut atas rekomendasi auditor. kata kunci: kecakapan auditor,efektivitas pengawasan, dan lama masa kerja.

This research aims to examine the influence of Auditor Skills, Supervision Effectiveness and Length of Service on Follow-up to Auditor Recommendations. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Regency/City Inspectorate auditors in Aceh. The sampling technique used random sampling technique with a total of 268 respondents. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Program and Social Science (SPSS) to determine the influence between the variables involved. The results of this research indicate that Auditor Skills, Supervision Effectiveness and Length of Service have a positive effect on Follow-up to Auditor Recommendations.
