Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh locus of control dan penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi pada kejaksaan tinggi aceh. dalam penelitian ini populasi yang dimaksudkan adalah seluruh pegawai fungsional non jaksa atau tata usaha di kejaksaan tinggi aceh yang berjumlah 151 pegawai. penentuan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik sensus dimana keseluruhan populasi akan dijadikan sebagai sampel. sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 151 pegawai. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuadan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to examine the influence of locus of control and the use of information technology on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediator at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. In this study, the intended population is all Non-Prosecutor or Administrative Functional employees at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office totaling 151 employees. Determination of the number of samples in this study was determined by the census technique where the entire population will be used as a sample. The research sample was 151 employees. The results of the study indicate that locus of control influences job satisfaction, the use of information technology influences job satisfaction, locus of control influences employee performance, the use of information technology influences employee performance, job satisfaction influences employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of locus of control on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the influence of the use of information technology on employee performance.
