Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel mediasi. penelitian dilakukan pada tenaga asn di rsud muhammad ali kasim kabupaten gayo lues dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. sampel penelitian sebanyak 108 responden dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling yaitu teknik simple random. analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda untuk hubungan langsung dan uji sobel untuk menguji mediasi serta analisis jalur. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. keterlibatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi juga mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior secara positif dan signifikan, selain itu, organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan memediasi pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan serta komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja. temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan, komitmen organisasi, dan organizational citizenship behavior dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara efektif. kata kunci: keterlibatan karyawan, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan, organizational citizenship behavior



Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and organizational commitment on employee performance, with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable. The research was conducted among civil servants at RSUD Muhammad Ali Kasim in Gayo Lues Regency using a quantitative approach. A sample of 108 respondents was selected through simple random sampling, a probability sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression for direct relationships, the Sobel test for mediation testing, and path analysis. The results indicate that employee engagement and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Both employee engagement and organizational commitment also positively and significantly influence organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, organizational citizenship behavior significantly affects employee performance and mediates the impact of employee engagement and organizational commitment on performance. These findings confirm that enhancing employee engagement, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior can effectively improve employee performance.
