Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, kualitas sistem informasi dan kepercayaan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi online banking pada nasabah perbankan syariah di aceh. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna aplikasi online banking di aceh. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan menggunakan software spss versi 20. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi online mobile banking di aceh. perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking di aceh. attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking di aceh. kualitas sistem informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking di aceh. kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking di aceh. hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan variabel perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, kualitas sistem informasi dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking. kata kunci: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, kualitas sistem informasi, kepercayaan, penggunaan, aplikasi online banking.



Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude, Information System Quality and Trust on the use of Online Banking Applications among Sharia Banking Customers in Aceh. The population in this research is all online banking application users in Aceh. The research sample based on calculations using the convenience sampling formula was obtained as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 20 software. The results of this research show that Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the use of online mobile banking applications in Aceh. Perceived Ease of Use does not have a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking applications in Aceh. Attitude has a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking applications in Aceh. Information System Quality has a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking applications in Aceh. Trust does not have a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking applications in Aceh. The research results simultaneously show that the variables Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude, Information System Quality and trust have a significant influence on the use of mobile banking applications.
