Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menginvestigasi hubungan antara work life balance terhadap intention to stay dengan job embeddedness dan job satisfaction sebagai variabel pemediator. data penelitian diperoleh melalui survey yang dilakukan terhadap 109 perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit pertamedika ummi rosnati kota banda aceh. responden dipilih menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. hasil analisis menggunakan hierarchical regression linear model menunjukkan bahwa work life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to stay, job embeddedness dan job satisfaction. selain itu, temuan penelitian juga mengindikasikan bahwa job embeddedness dan job satisfaction memediasi hubungan antara work life balance dan intention to stay. penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang factor factor yang mempengaruhi intention to stay perawat, khususnya dalam konteks work life balance. implikasi prakis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perhatian terhadap manajemen keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan keterikatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat, serta mengurangi niat berpindah dalam organisasi perawatan kesehatan. kata kunci: intention to stay, work life balance, job embeddedness, job satisfaction.

Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between Work Life Balance and Intention To Stay with Job Embeddedness and Job Satisfaction as mediator variables. The research data were obtained through a survey conducted on 109 nurses working at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh City. Respondents were selected using the stratified random sampling method. The results of the analysis using the Hierarchical Regression Linear model showed that Work Life Balance had a significant effect on Intention To Stay, Job Embeddedness and Job satisfaction. In addition, the research findings also indicated that Job Embeddedness and Job Satisfaction mediated the relationship between Work Life Balance and Intention To Stay. This study provides an important contribution to the understanding of factors that influence nurses' Intention To Stay, especially in the context of Work Life Balance. The practical implications of this study are the importance of attention to work-life balance management in an effort to increase nurses' work engagement and job satisfaction, as well as reduce turnover intentions in health care organizations.
