[tesis. universitas syiah kuala]. di bawah bimbingan dr. syamsulrizal m.kes., dan dr. yeni marlina, m.pd. memberikan layanan yang memuaskan dan berkualitas dalam proses penyelenggaran dan memperhatikan faktor-faktor pelayanan dapat membantu para kontingen yang berhadir untuk meraih prestasi terbaik, selama pelaksanaan pon xxi aceh-sumut. hal ini tentu tidak mudah bagi suatu penyelenggara atau tuan rumah yang ditunjuk untuk menyediakan sarana dan prasarana serta pendukung lainnya dengan baik. tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan kontingen terhadap pelaksanaan pon xxi aceh-sumut 2024, dalam berbagai aspek, yaitu: venue, akomodasi, konsumsi, transportasi, dan pelayanan lo. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 102 orang. pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan mengisi kuisioner melalui google form. teknik analisis data menggunakan perhitungan nilai rata-rata dan persentase. berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti kemukakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan kontingen baik atlet, pengurus koni provinsi, tim liaison official, official, dan pelatih berada pada kategori memuaskan. nilai rata-rata kepuasan terhadap venue sebesar 43,5 terletak pada kategori memuaskan. nilai rata-rata kepuasan terhadap akomodasi sebesar 19,7 terletak pada kategori sedang. nilai rata-rata kepuasan terhadap konsumsi sebesar 14,4 terletak pada kategori memuaskan. nilai rata-rata kepuasan kontingen terhadap transportasi sebesar 16,3 terletak pada kategori memuaskan, dan nilai rata-rata kepuasan terhadap pelayanan lo sebesar 47,2 terletak pada kategori memuaskan. kata kunci: kontingen, pon xxi aceh-sumut.

ABSTRACT Iswanda Suryanullah (2022). Contingent Satisfaction with the Implementation of PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra 2024. [Tesis Universitas Syiah Kuala]. Under direcyion of Dr. Syamsulrizal M.Kes., dan Dr. Yeni Marlina, M.Pd. Providing satisfactory and quality service in the implementation process and paying attention to service factors can help the attending contingent to achieve the best performance, during the implementation of XXI Aceh-North Sumatra PON. It is certainly not easy for an organizer or appointed host to provide facilities and infrastructure as well as other supports properly. The aim of this research is to determine contingent satisfaction with the implementation of PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra 2024, in various aspects, namely: venue, accommodation, consumption, transportation and LO services. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 102 people. Data collection uses a questionnaire by filling out a questionnaire via Google Form. The data analysis technique uses the calculation of average values and percentages. Based on the research results that the researchers have put forward, it can be concluded that the satisfaction level of the contingent of athletes, provincial KONI administrators, official liaison teams, officials and coaches is in the satisfactory category. The average satisfaction score with the venue is 43.5, which is in the satisfactory category. The average satisfaction score with accommodation is 19.7, which is in the medium category. The average value of satisfaction with consumption is 14.4, which is in the satisfactory category. The average value of contingent satisfaction with transportation is 16.3, which is in the satisfactory category, and the average value of satisfaction with LO services is 47.2, which is in the satisfactory category.
