Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan dan kualitas layanan terhadap minat mahasiswa berdonasi menggunakan platform crowdfunding dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berdonasi, sedangkan kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berdonasi. variabel religiusitas mampu memoderasi secara positif hubungan pengetahuan terhadap minat mahasiswa berdonasi, sedangkan variabel religiusitas tidak memoderasi hubungan kualitas layanan terhadap minat mahasiswa berdonasi. kata kunci: pengetahuan, kualitas layanan, religiusitas, minat berdonasi, platform crowdfunding.



Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge and service quality on students' interest in donating using a crowdfunding platform with religiosity as a moderating variable. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents selected using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in donating, while service quality did not have a significant effect on students' interest in donating. The religiosity variable was able to positively moderate the relationship between knowledge and students' interest in donating, while the religiosity variable did not moderate the relationship between service quality and students' interest in donating.
