Manajemen kurikulum terhadap implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan di sma wilayah bakongan oleh : cut raflizar npm: 2309200050050 komisi pembimbing: 1. prof. dr. hizir 2. dr. niswanto, m. pd. abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kurikulum dalam perencanaan pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan hambatan terhadap implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan. metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum yang terstruktur dan kolaboratif berperan penting dalam keberhasilan proyek ini. partisipasi aktif guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila terbukti meningkatkan kesadaran dan tindakan nyata siswa terhadap isu lingkungan. namun, terdapat tantangan dalam hal manajemen waktu dan pemahaman siswa yang beragam. oleh karena itu, evaluasi dan penyesuaian program diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran tantang perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan hambatan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan. kata kunci : manajemen kurikulum, implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, karakter peduli lingkungan



Abstract

CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PANCASILA STUDENT PROFILE STRENGTHENING PROJECT FOR DEVELOPING ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS CHARACTER IN HIGH SCHOOLS IN BAKONGAN SUB-DISTRICT ABSTRACT (Cut Raflizar) This study aimed to examine the curriculum management in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) in high schools within the Bakongan Sub-district, with a focus on fostering students' environmental awareness. A qualitative approach was employed, and data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that structured and collaborative curriculum management is crucial for the project's success. Active engagement from teachers, students, and parents in planning and executing the project activities has been shown to enhance students' awareness and tangible actions toward environmental issues. However, challenges were identified, particularly regarding time management and the varying levels of student comprehension. Consequently, program evaluation and adjustments are necessary to enhance the project's effectiveness. This study offers insights into the planning, implementation, evaluation, and challenges associated with the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in developing students' character regarding environmental awareness. It is expected to offer recommendations for schools and stakeholders to optimize students’ character development through a responsive curriculum.
