Profesionalisme aparatur pemerintahan desa sangat penting dalam reformasi birokrasi untuk memastikan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien. pemerintah desa gampong ujong gunong cut melalui perangkat desa dalam melaksanakan pelayanan publik di kantor keuchik masih belum maksimal. berdasarkan data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan profesionalisme aparatur desa belum maksimal terlihat dari kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab dan kreativitas. tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana profesionalisme perangkat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik di kantor keuchik gampong ujong gunong cut dan apa faktor yang mempengaruhi profesionalisme perangkat desa pada pemerintahan gampong ujong gunong cut. teori yang digunakan adalah teori profesionalisme dengan indikator kemampuan, kualitas, sarana dan prasarana, jumlah sumber daya manusia, teknologi informasi dan keandalan. metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme perangkat desa dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di kantor keuchik gampong ujong gunong cut belum maksimal. kemampuan dan kualitas perangkat desa belum mencapai standar yang diharapkan, terdapat kekurangan dalam keterampilan dan pengetahuan, sarana prasarana dan teknologi informasi yang digunakan tidak memadai, jumlah sdm belum cukup, dan keandalan aparat dalam menyelesaikan tugas perlu ditingkatkan. faktor yang mempengaruhi profesionalisme ialah kompetensi dan tingkat pendidikan. diharapkan pemerintah setempat mengambil langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme perangkat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan. adakan pelatihan dan evaluasi secara menyeluruh kepada perangkat desa, serta libatkan masyarakat dalam proses pengawasan untuk memastikan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan warga. kata kunci: profesionalisme, pelayanan publik, perangkat desa, ujong gunong cut

The professionalism of village government officials is very important in bureaucratic reform to ensure effective and efficient services. The Village Government of Gampong Ujong Gunong Cut through the Village Apparatus in implementing Public Services at the Keuchik's Office is still not optimal. Based on data obtained by researchers, it shows that the implementation of the professionalism of the Village Apparatus has not been maximised as seen from discipline, responsibility and creativity. The purpose of this study was to determine how the professionalism of village officials in providing public services in the keuchik office of gampong ujong gunong cut and what factors influence the professionalism of village officials in the gampong ujong gunong cut government. The theory used is the theory of Professionalism with indicators of ability, quality, facilities and infrastructure, number of human resources, information technology and reliability. The method used is Qualitative method with Qualitative Descriptive approach. The results showed that the professionalism of the Village Apparatus in the implementation of public services in the Keuchik Office of Gampong Ujong Gunong Cut was not optimal. The ability and quality of the Village Apparatus have not reached the expected standards, there are deficiencies in skills and knowledge, the infrastructure and information technology used are inadequate, the number of human resources is not enough, and the reliability of the apparatus in completing tasks needs to be improved. Factors that influence professionalism are competence and education level. It is expected that local governments will take strategic steps to improve the professionalism of village officials in providing services. Provide comprehensive training and evaluation to Village Officials, and involve the community in the supervision process to ensure that the services provided are in accordance with the needs of residents.
