Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik terhadap perilaku kerja invovatif yang dimediasi oleh kreativitas pada guru sma berakreditasi a kota banda aceh. data diperoleh melalui survey terhadap 203 orang guru sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. teknik sampel yang digunakan probability sampling dengan teknik stratified random sampling. statistical package for the social science (spss) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan otentik secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif guru. hasil penelitian juga menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan otentik terhadap kreativitas sehingga kreativitas mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru. kata kunci: kepemimpinan otentik, perilaku kerja inovatif, kreativitas.

This study aims to examine the effect of authentic leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by creativity among high school teachers in Banda Aceh with A accreditation. Data were obtained through a survey of 203 teachers as samples representing the research population, using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The sampling technique employed was probability sampling with a stratified random sampling method. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used as the analytical method to analyze the relationships between the variables involved. The results of this study found that authentic leadership significantly influences teachers' innovative work behavior. The study also revealed a significant effect of authentic leadership on creativity, demonstrating that creativity mediates the effect of authentic leadership on teachers' innovative work behavior.
