Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh non-financial compensation terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh work motivation karyawan pt. surya panen subur 1. data penelitian diperoleh melalui survey terhadap 187 karyawan sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan teknik cluster random sampling. program yang digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variable adalah spss (statistical package for the social sciences) 22. hasil penelitian menunjukkanadanya pengaruh non-financial compensation pada work motivation, sehingga work motivation dapat memediasi pengaruh non-financial compensation terhadap employee performance. kata kunci: non-financial compensation, employee performance, work motivation

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance which is mediated by Work Motivation of employees of PT Surya Panen Subur 1. Research data were obtained through a survey of 187 employees as a sample that represented the research population and was conducted using a questionnaire distributed online. The sample technique used is Probability Sampling with Cluster Random Sampling technique. The program used as an analysis method to determine the effect between variables is SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 22. The results showed the influence of Non-Financial Compensation on Work Motivation, so that Work Motivation can mediate the influence of NonFinancial Compensation on Employee Performance.
