Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah, dana bagi hasil dan dana alokasi umum terhadap belanja modal dengan dana otonomi khusus sebagai pemoderasi pada kabupaten/kota di aceh tahun 2019 - 2022. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan hasil pemeriksaan atas laporan realisasi anggaran pada setiap kabupaten/kota di aceh selama periode 2019 - 2022. metode yang digunakan adalah metode sensus dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah moderated regression analysis (mra) dengan menggunakan aplikasi spss versi 26. hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) pendapatan asli daerah, dana bagi hasil dan dana alokasi umum secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal di aceh; (2) pendapatan asli daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal di aceh; (3) dana bagi hasil dan dana alokasi umum berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal di aceh; (4) dana otonomi khusus memperlemah pengaruh pad terhadap belanja modal; (5) dana otonomi khusus memperkuat pengaruh dbh dan dau terhadap belanja modal.

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue, Revenue Sharing Fund and General Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditure with Special Autonomy Fund as Moderator in District / City in Aceh in 2019 - 2022. This type of research is quantitative method using secondary data in the form of Audit Reports on Budget Realization Reports in each district / city in Aceh during the period 2019 - 2022. The present methoded use the census method where the entire population becomes the research sample. The data analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS version 26 application. The results showed (1) regional original revenue, revenue sharing funds and general allocation funds simultaneously effect on capital expenditure in Aceh; (2) regional original revenue does not affect on capital expenditure in Aceh; (3) revenue sharing fund and general allocation funds has affect on capital expenditure in Aceh; (4) the special autonomy funds weakens the effect of PAD on Capital Expenditure; (5) the special autonomy funds are strengthen the effect of DBH and DAU on Capital Expenditure.
