Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap niat berpindah dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan matahari department store plaza aceh mall kota banda aceh. data diperoleh melalui survey terhadap 160 karyawan sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. teknik sampel yang digunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. structural equation modeling (sem) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berpindah dan kepuasan kerja. kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel niat berpindah pada karyawan matahari department store plaza aceh mall di banda aceh. kata kunci: niat berpindah, kepuasan kerja, stres kerja

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on turnover intentions with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for employees of Matahari Department Store Plaza Aceh Mall Banda Aceh City. Data was obtained through a survey of 160 employees as a sample representing the research population and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved. The research results show that job stress have a positive effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction as a mediating variable also has a significant effect on turnover intention variables among employees of Matahari Department Store Plaza Aceh Mall in Banda Aceh.
