Ringkasan pochitos adalah produk makanan yang inovatif dengan kombinasi kentang, ayam, dan doritos. dengan proses produksi yang sistematis dan penggunaan bahan baku berkualitas tinggi, pochitos menawarkan rasa unik dan tekstur renyah yang menarik. kelebihan yang praktis dan mudah disiapkan membuat pochitos akan menjadi pilihan populer di kalangan konsumen. konsep produk ini dirancang tidak hanya untuk memanjakan lidah konsumen tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek kesehatan dan beberapa poin penting terkait nilai gizi pochitos. tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk proses manajemen bahan baku dan untuk mengetahui cycle time dan lead time pada sekali proses produksi pochitos. objek yang diamati dalam proses penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen proses persiapan bahan baku dengan benar agar efektif dan efesien guna memperlancar kegiatan proses persediaan bahan baku pembuatan pochitos ruang lingkup dari tugas akhir ini adalah persediaan bahan baku dan meminimalisir jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan pada sekali proses produksi. berdasarkan hasil pembahasan pada tugas akhir ini, maka pada proses persediaan bahan baku dilakukan perencanaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tahapan produksi. kegiatan cycle time pada usaha makanan pochitos ini yaitu mencakup awal produksi sampai pengemasan dibutuhkan waktu 5 jam dan untuk lead time dengan kegiatan penyediaan bahan sampai pemasaran total waktu yang diperoleh yaitu 6 hari 7 jam.

This product concept is designed not only to pamper consumers' taste buds but also pay attention to health aspects and several important points related to the nutritional value of POCHITOS. The aim of this final assignment is to process raw material management and to find out the cycle time and lead time in the Pochitos production process. The object observed in this research process is how to properly manage the raw material preparation process so that it is effective and efficient in order to expedite the activities of the raw material inventory process for making pochitos. The scope of this final project is raw material inventory and minimizing the amount of costs incurred in one production process. Based on the results of the discussion in this final assignment, planning is carried out in the raw material inventory process according to needs and production stages. The cycle time activities in this pochitos food business cover the start of production to packaging, which takes 5 hours and for lead time from the activities of providing materials until marketing, the total time obtained is 6 days 7 hours.
