Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh besaran legislatur, besaran anggaran, perubahan anggaran, dan kinerja anggaran terhadap realisasi defisit di pemerintah daerah di indonesia. objek penelitian ini adalah 280 pemerintah daerah yang mengalami realisasi defisit. data diambil dari laporan keuangan apbd murni dan lra tahun 2022. metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besaran legislatur dan perubahan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap realisasi defisit sedangkan besaran anggaran dan kinerja anggaran berpengaruh terhadap realisasi defisit. secara keseluruhan besaran legislatur, besaran anggaran, perubahan anggaran, dan kinerja anggaran berpengaruh terhadap realisasi defisit. penelitian ini merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan periode analisis yang lebih panjang dan penggunaan data panel untuk hasil yang lebih komprehensif. kata kunci: besaran legislatur, besaran anggaran, perubahan anggaran, kinerja anggaran, realisasi defisit.

ABSTRACT This research aims to examine the influence of the size of the legislature, budget size, budget changes, and budget performance on the realization of deficits in local governments in Indonesia. The subject of this research is 280 local governments that have experienced a budget deficit. Data was taken from the pure APBD financial report and LRA for the year 2022. The analysis method applied is multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that the Size of the Legislature and Budget Changes do not affect the Realization of the Deficit, while the Size of the Budget and Budget Performance do have an impact on the Realization of the Deficit. Overall, the Size of the Legislature, Size of the Budget, Budget Changes, and Budget Performance all influence the Realization of the Deficit. This research recommends further studies with a longer analysis period and the use of panel data for more comprehensive results.
