Abstrak prarancangan pabrik amonium klorida ini menggunakan bahan baku ammonia dan asam klorida. ammonia dan asam klorida diperoleh dari pt. petrokimia gresik . kapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 80.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 118 orang. rencana pendirian pabrik di kecamatan cerme, kabupaten gersik, jawa timur dengan luas area 30.000 m2. sumber air pabrik ini berasal dari sungai lamong, provinsi jawa timur dengan total kebutuhan air sebesar 86,405 kg/jam, serta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik sebesar 0,41 mw diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator diesel. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment = rp. 252.591.667.272,- 2. working capital investment = rp. 44.575.000.107,- 3. total capital investment = rp. 297.166.667.379,- 4. total production cost = rp. 594.782.858.084,- 5. sales cost = rp. 697.127.324.545,- 6. laba bersih = rp. 76.758.349.845,- 7. pay out time = 5 tahun (metode linear) 8. break event point = 40% (metode cash flow) 9. internal rate of return = 33% (metode cash flow)

ABSTRACT This ammonium chloride plant design uses ammonia and hydrochloric as raw materials. The ammonia and hydrochloric acid obtained from PT. Petrochemical. The capacity of this production plant is 80.000 tons/year with 330 working days / year. The planned form of this company is a Incorporated (Inc.) using the line and staff structure method. The required numbers of workers to run this company is 118 people.The factory location is planned to be established in Kecamatan cerme, Gresik city, East java Province with the area is 30.000 m2. The water source for this factory comes from lamong River, East java Province with the water needed is 86.405 kg/hour, and also to fulfil 0,41 MW electricity’s needed from State electricity company and diesel generator. The result of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp. 252.591.667.272,- 2. Working Capital Investment = Rp. 44.575.000.107,- 3. Total Capital Investment = Rp. 297.166.667.379,- 4. Total Production Cost = Rp. 594.782.858.084,- 5. Sales Cost = Rp. 697.127.324.545,- 6. Net Profit = Rp. 76.758.349.845,- 7. Pay Out Time = 5 year (Linear Method) 8. Break Event Point = 40% 9. Internal Rate of Return = 33% (Cash Flow Method)
