[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dr. saiful, s.pd., m.si, dan erna hayati s.h., m.hum. dalam dunia pendidikan keluarga sangatlah penting dalam membina kehidupan dan mendorong anak dalam meraih hasil belajarnya, salah satunya adalah kondisi ekonomi keluarga siswa. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara status ekonomi keluarga dengan hasil belajar siswa di smpn 1 darul imarah kabupaten aceh besar. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 siswa kelas ix di smpn 1 darul imarah kabupaten aceh besar tahun ajaran 2024/2025. data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner skala likert dan dokumentasi yaitu nilai rapor siswa. teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan uji normalitas, uji korelasi (r) dan uji hipotesis (t). penelitian ini diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar -0,268 artinya hubungan variabel x terhadap y tergolong kategori “rendah” dengan nilai sig kedua variabel sebesar = 0,025 < 0,05. dan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan menggunakan uji t analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan tahapan korelasi product moment. hasil analisis data diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 7,2% dengan taraf signifikan a = 5% dan nilai t_hitung= -1,292 dan sementara untuk nilaif_hitungsebesar 2.253 langkah, selanjutnya membandingkan besarnya f_hitungdengan f_tabeldengan menghitung df = n-2 terlebih dahulu. adapun df = (70-2) = 68, maka diperoleh nilai f_tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 3,135. karena f_hitung< f_tabel atau 2.253 < 3.135 dan juga karena nilai t_hitung lebih kecil dari t_tabel atau (-1.292 < 1,666) yang berarti hipotesis alternatif (ha) ditolak sedangkan hipotesis nol (h0) diterima. dengan demikian ha ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status ekonomi keluarga dengan hasil belajar siswa di smpn 1 darul imarah kabupaten aceh besar. saran peneliti untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan untuk menambah variabel lain atau mencari faktor-faktor lain yang sekiranya lebih berhubungan dengan hasil belajar siswa agar dapat lebih bervariasi dan beragam, dengan demikian kesimpulan yang diperoleh lebih menyeluruh. kata kunci: status ekonomi keluarga, hasil belajar siswa.

Under the guidance of Dr. Saiful, S.Pd., M.Si, and Erna Hayati S.H., M.Hum. In the world of family education it is very important in fostering life and encouraging children to achieve their learning results, one of which is the economic condition of the student's family. This research aims to find out whether or not there is a relationship between the family's economic status and the learning results of students at SMPN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation research. Sampling using the Slovin formula with a sample number of 70 students in class IX at SMP N 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar Regency in the 2024/2025 school year. Data is collected using questionnaires or likert scale questionnaires and documentation, namely student report card scores. The data analysis techniques used are using normality tests, correlation tests (r) and hypothesis tests (t). This research obtained a correlation value of -0,268, which means that the relationship between variable X and Y is classified in the "low" category with the Sig value of both variables = 0.025 < 0.05. and to test the hypothesis is by using a simple linear regression analysis t-test with product moment correlation stages. The results of the data analysis obtained the Determination Coefficient of 7.2% with a significance level a = 5% and the value of tcount= -1,292 and while for the value of Fcount is 2,253 steps, then compare the magnitude of Fcount with Ftable by calculating df = N-2 first. As for df = (70-2) = 68, then the value of Ftable is obtained at a significant level of 5% of 3,135. Because Fcount < Ftable or 2.253 < 3.135 and also because the value of tcount is smaller than ttable or (-1.292 < 1,666) which means Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is rejected while Zero Hypothesis (H0) is accepted. thus Ha is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the family's economic status and student learning results at SMPN 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar Regency. The researcher's suggestion for the next researcher is expected to add other variables or look for other factors that are more related to the student's learning outcomes so that they can be more varied and diverse, thus the conclusions obtained are more comprehensive.
