[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dr. irsyadillah, s.pd. m.sc dan achmad mustofa, s.pd. m.pd. program pertukaran mahaiswa merdeka (pmm) bertujuan untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, meningkatkan keterampilan antar budaya, toleransi, dan memperluas pengetahuan. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh pengalaman mengikuti program pmm terhadap berpikir kritis mahasiswa fkip usk. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuatitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti program pmm berjumlah 143 mahasiswa. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 mahasiswa. instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner penelitian. hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sejalan dengan tujuan program pmm yang ditetapkan oleh kementrian pendidikan dan kebudayaan (2022). kesimpulan bahwa pengalaman mengikuti program pmm memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa fkip usk.. kata kunci : program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka, berpikir kritis

The Influence of the Experience of Participating in the Independent Student Exchange Program on the Critical Thinking of Students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syiah Kuala University. [Thesis. Syiah Kuala University]. Under the guidance of Dr. Irsyadillah, S.Pd. M.Sc and Achmad Mustofa, S.Pd. M.Pd. The Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) aims to enrich student learning experiences, improve intercultural skills, tolerance, and expand knowledge. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of the experience of participating in the PMM program on the critical thinking of FKIP USK students. This research uses a quantitative method with descriptive research type. The population in this study were 143 students who had taken part in the PMM program. The sample in this research consisted of 59 students. The instrument used in this research was a research questionnaire. The results of this research are in line with the PMM program objectives set by the Ministry of Education and Culture (2022). The conclusion is that the experience of participating in the PMM program has a significant influence on the critical thinking abilities of FKIP USK students.
