Abstrak arfi. r : analisis tingkat pengetahuan dan kondisi fisik wasit askab pssi kabupaten aceh barat daya. wasit merupakan bagian dari perangkat pertandingan dan dituntut memahami segala peraturan yang terkait dengan permainan sepakbola sebagai pengetahuan yang wajib supaya mampu memimpin pertandingan dengan kualitas yang terukur dalam mengambil setiap keputusan. wasit juga harus memiliki tingkat kondisi fisik yang baik agar mampu melaksanakan kepemimpinanya dalam setiap permainan secara sehat dan bugar yang berdampak terhadap kemampun berkeputusan sedekat mungkin dengan area pelanggaran. penilitian ini bertujuan; 1) untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan wasit askab pssi kabupaten aceh barat daya tahun 2024, 2) untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik wasit askab pssi kabupaten aceh barat daya tahun 2024. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 20 orang dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian, sehingga penelitian ini disebut penelitian populasi dengan rincian wasit lesensi c-1 sebanyak 3 orang dan wasit lesensi c-2 sebesar 5 orang serta wasit lesensi c-3 sebanyak 12 orang. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan soal tes secara langsung kepada responden yang terkait data pengetahuan wasit. sedangkan tes kemampuan kondisi fisik dilaksanakan dengan mengukur kemampuan tes daya tahan jantung paru (balke 15 menit), kemampuan kecepatan (tes lari 30 meter), dan kemampuan kelincahan (t-test). hasil pengukuran pengetahuan wasit mununjukan bahwa katagori sangat baik 2 orang (10%), katagori baik 13 orang (65%), dan katagori cukup 5 orang (25 %). sementara itu tingkat kondisi fisik terkait dengan unsur kelincahan mununjukan bahwa; 14 orang berada pada katagori baik sekali (70%), 4 orang pada katagori baik (20%), dan 2 orang pada katagori sedang (10%). hasil tes kecepatan diperoleh kemampuan kecepatan wasit askab aceh barat daya seluruhnya yaitu 20 orang berada pada katagori baik (100%). selanjutnya hasil tes kemampuan daya tahan jantung paru para wasit askab aceh barat daya sebanyak 20 orang atau seluruhnya berada pada tingkat kategori sedang (100%). berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan wasit askab pssi aceh barat daya rata-rata berada pada kategori baik dengan frekuensi 13 orang (65%). sementara itu, untuk kemampuan kondisi fisik dari masing-masing yaitu kelincahan berada pada kategori baik sekali 14 orang (70%), kemampuan kecepatan berada pada kategori baik (100%), dan kemampuan daya tahan jantungparu berada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 20 orang (100%). kata kunci: analisis, kondisi fisik, wasit.

ABSTRACT Arfi. R: Analysis of the Level of Knowledge and Physical Condition of Referees of the PSSI Referee Association of Southwest Aceh Regency. The referee is part of the match equipment and is required to understand all the rules related to the game of football as mandatory knowledge in order to be able to lead the match with measurable quality in making every decision. The referee must also have a good level of physical condition in order to be able to carry out his leadership in every game in a healthy and fit manner which has an impact on the ability to make decisions as close as possible to area violations. This study aims to; 1) To determine the Level of Knowledge of Referees of Askab PSSI Aceh Barat Daya Regency in 2024, 2) To determine the Level of Physical Condition of Referees of Askab PSSI Aceh Barat Daya Regency in 2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The population in the study was 20 people and the entire population was used as a research sample, so this study is called a population study with details of 3 C-1 license referees and 5 C-2 license referees and 12 C-3 license referees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing test questions directly to respondents related to referee knowledge data. Meanwhile, the physical condition ability test was carried out by measuring the ability of the cardiopulmonary endurance test (Balke 15 minutes), speed ability (30-meter running test), and agility ability (T-Test). The results of the referee's knowledge measurement showed that the very good category was 2 people (10%), the good category was 13 people (65%), and the sufficient category was 5 people (25%). Meanwhile, the level of physical condition related to the agility element showed that; 14 people were in the very good category (70%), 4 people were in the good category (20%), and 2 people were in the moderate category (10%). The results of the speed test obtained the speed ability of the Askab Aceh Barat Daya referees, all of whom were 20 people in the good category (100%). Furthermore, the results of the cardiopulmonary endurance test of the Askab Aceh Barat Daya referees were 20 people or all of whom were in the moderate category (100%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of the Askab PSSI Aceh Barat Daya referees is on average in the moderate category with a frequency of 13 people (65%). Meanwhile, for the physical condition of each of them, namely agility is in the very good category for 14 people (70%), speed ability is in the good category (100%), and cardiorespiratory endurance ability is in the moderate category for 20 people (100%). %).
