Abadi jaya merupakan umkm yang bergerak dibidang penjualan mebel furniture. dalam melakukan proses produksi adakalanya terjadi permasalahan seperti sering kali terjadi keterlambatan dalam penerimaan bahan baku serta kecacatan pada saatdilakukannya pengadaan bahan baku sehingga mempengaruhi progress dalam melakukan produksi. hal ini mempengaruhi ketidakseimbangan pada tahapan rantai pasok. dalam menyelesaikan permassalahan yang terjadi, maka dilakukannya pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode scor (supply chain operation reference) dibantu dengan pembobotan menggunakan ahp (analitycal hierarchy process) untuk melihat indikator mana yang harus diperbaiki. dalam menggunakan metode scor, terdapat 5 variabel proses yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu plan, source, make, deliver, dan return serta atribut kerja yang digunakan realibility, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, dan asset. penelitian ini juga terdiri dari 16 indikator kpi (key performance indicator) dimana dilakukan dengan mewawancarai 3 expert judgement. didapatkan hasil bahwa kinerja scm dari abadi jaya menunujukkan untuk kelima variabel terdapat 3 variabel dengan kategori excellent yaitu make sebesar 93,018%, deliver sebesar 98,294%, dan return sebesar 95,6%, sementara untuk kategori good yaitu variabel plan sebesar 89,687% dan source sebesar 81,706%. namun ada beberapa indikator yang menunjukkan perlu adanya peningkatan dikarenakan nilai dari indikator tersebut dibawah rata-rata. indikator-indikator yang memerlukan perbaikan yaitu indikator waktu kedatangan bahan baku sesuai target, lead time terhadap penjadwalan produksi, kecacatan terhadap bahan baku, lead time terhadap waktu pemesanan sampai kedatangan bahan baku, waktu yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan produk, dan waktu pengiriman terhadap pelanggan. adapun saran perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan diantaranya mencari alternatif supplier lain yang berasal dari dalam daerah serta merencanakan safety stock dengan lebih matang.

Abadi Jaya is an MSME that operates in the field of furniture sales furniture. In carrying out the production process, problems sometimes occur, such as delays in receiving raw materials and defects when procuring raw materials, thus affecting progress in production. This affects the imbalance at the supply chain stages. In resolving problems that occur, performance measurement is carried out using the SCOR method (Supply Chain Operation Reference) assisted by weighting using AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) to see which indicators need to be improved. In using the SCOR method, there are 5 process variables used in this research, namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return as well as job attributes used Realibility, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, and Asset. This research also consists of 16 KPI indicators (Key Performance Indicator) which is done by interviewing 3 expert judgements. The results obtained were that the SCM performance of Abadi Jaya showed that for the five variables there were 3 variables with categories excellent that is Make amounting to 93.018%, Deliver of 98.294%, and Return amounted to 95.6%, while for category good namely variables Plan amounted to 89.687% and Source amounting to 81.704%. However, there are several indicators that show the need for improvement because the value of these indicators is below average. Indicators that require improvement are indicators of arrival time for raw materials according to target, lead time regarding production scheduling, defects in raw materials, lead time regarding the order time until the arrival of raw materials, the time required to manufacture the product, and the delivery time to customers. Suggestions for improvements that can be made include looking for alternatives supplier others who come from within the region and plan safety stock with more maturity.
