Pt agrabudi jasa bersama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pertambangan batubara yang terletak di kecamatan kaway xvi, kabupaten aceh barat, provinsi aceh. dengan luas wilayah iup sebesar 5000 ha yang baru memulai produksi pada tahun 2022. dari informasi yang diberikan perusahaan target produksi perbulannya belum pernah tercapai. maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian ini untuk memenuhi target produksi perusahaan. pada proses penambangannya perusahaan ini menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka dengan metode open pit. pada tahun 2024 pt agrabudi jasa bersama merencanakan produksi di pit x dengan target penambangan 920.000 ton/tahun dan rata-rata bulanan 76.665,65 ton/bulan batubara. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menjadwalkan produksi coal getting pada perusahaan agar tercapainya target produksi. metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah merencanakan produksi perbulan dengan menyesuaikan target produksi yang telah dibuat oleh perusahaaan, kemampuan produksi dan effective work hours perusahaan untuk mencapai target produksi yang telah direncanakan. data yang digunakan pada penilitian ini adalah cycle time alat gali muat, cycle time alat angkut, data produktivitas alat muat dan angkut, data curah hujan, data target produksi, data spesifikasi alat muat dan alat angkut pada tahun 2024. hasil penelitian ini simulasi perbaikan effective work hours dapat meningkatkan produksi perbulan pada bulan mei yaitu 14.450,58 ton/bulan menjadi 20.993,14 ton/bulan, produksi meningkat 40,8% dari aktual. namun, untuk memenuhi rata-rata target bulanan pt ajb harus menggunakan 4 excavator cat 320gc dengan produksi 81.426,92 ton/bulan. produksi pada triwulan iii dan iv tahun 2024 pt ajb dapat mencapai rata-rata target bulanan yang ditetapkan dengan menggunakan 2 excavator sany 500h dan juga menggunakan excavator tambahan sebagai alat support dengan hasil produksi 91.602,06 ton/bulan pada bulan juli, 82.793,27 ton/bulan pada bulan agustus, 78.801,9 ton/bulan pada bulan september, 77.885,24 ton/bulan pada bulan oktober, 101.389,94 ton/bulan pada bulan november, dan 122.054,8 ton/bulan pada bulan desember.

PT Agrabudi Jasa Bersama is a company engaged in coal mining located in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. With an IUP area of 5000 ha which only started production in 2022. From the information provided by the company, the monthly production target has never been achieved. Therefore, this research was conducted to meet the company's production target. In the mining process, this company uses an open pit mining system with the open pit method. In 2024, PT Agrabudi Jasa Bersama plans production at Pit X with a mining target of 920,000 tons/year and a monthly average of 76,665.65 tons/month of coal. This study aims to design and schedule coal getting production at the company in order to achieve production targets. The method used in this study is to plan monthly production by adjusting the production targets that have been made by the company, production capacity and the company's effective work hours to achieve the planned production targets. The data used in this study are the cycle time of the loading and unloading equipment, the cycle time of the transport equipment, the productivity data of the loading and transport equipment, the rainfall data, the production target data, the specification data of the loading and transport equipment in 2024. The results of this study, the simulation of improving effective work hours can increase monthly production in May, which is 14,450.58 tons/month to 20,993.14 tons/month, production increased 40.8% from actual. However, to meet the average monthly target, PT AJB must use 4 CAT 320GC Excavators with a production of 81,426.92 tons/month. Production in Quarter III and IV of 2024 PT AJB can achieve the average monthly target set by using 2 SANY 500H excavators and also using additional excavators as support tools with production results of 91,602.06 tons/month in July, 82,793.27 tons/month in August, 78,801.9 tons/month in September, 77,885.24 tons/month in October, 101,389.94 tons/month in November, and 122,054.8 tons/month in December.
