[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan cut zuriana, s.pd, m.pd., dan ramdiana, s.sn, m.sn. penelitian ini berjudul “manajemen kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di smpn 1 nisam antara (aceh utara)“ mengangkat masalah bagaimana manajemen kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di smpn 1 nisam antara (aceh utara). bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpertasi gambaran pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap jalanya kurikulum merdeka dalam pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila di smpn 1 nisam antara (aceh utara). ). penelitian ini merupakan bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara sejumlah informan yaitu guru projek smpn 1 nisam antara yang mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka belajar, waka kurikulum smp sebagai pemangku kebijakan kurikulum. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar yang optimal yang mampu meningkatkan prestasi siswa, dan ditemukan juga adanya hambatan karena kurikulum merdeka ini tergolong baru. kunci suksesnya pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka belajar yaitu guru dan siswa meningkatkan mindset ingin melakukan terobosan baru agar hasil yang dicapai dapat maksimal. semenjak pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka belajar smpn 1 nisam antara melakukan perubahan pola pikir demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan secara efektif, membuat strategi dan didukung dengan penerapan kompetensi pada guru. terlihat prestasi siswa ada peningkatan, kurikulum merdeka belajar ikut andil dalam peningkatan prestasi siswa karena pada kurikulum merdeka belajar modul yang dibuat ditentukan sesuai dengan minat dan gaya belajar siswa agar semua siswa bisa berprestasi. projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila merupakan program kurikulum merdeka yang tidak ada pada kurikulum sebelumnya untuk menguatkan berbagai kompetensi dalam profil pelajar pancasila. hal inilah yang saling berkaitan dan menjadi faktor pendukung peningkatan prestasi siswa pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di smpn 1nisam antara (aceh utara). kata kunci :manajemen kurikulum, kurikulum merdeka belajar, profil pelajar pancasila

ABSTRACT Puja Amara (2024). Independent Learning Curriculum Management in Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students at SMP Negeri 1 Nisam Antara. [Thesis. Syiah Kuala University]. Under the guidance of Cut Zuriana, S.Pd, M.Pd., and Ramdiana, S.Sn, M.Sn. This research entitled "Management of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students at SMPN 1 Nisam Antara (North Aceh)" raises the issue of how the Management of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students at SMPN 1 Nisam Antara (Aceh Utara). The aim is to find out how to study, analyze and interpret the description of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum in developing the profile of Pancasila students at SMPN 1 Nisam Antara (North Aceh). ). This research is descriptive in nature using a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from interviews with a number of informants, namely the project teacher at SMPN 1 Nisam Antara who implemented the independent learning curriculum, the Deputy Head of the Middle School curriculum as the curriculum policy maker. The results of the research show that there is an optimal implementation of the Independent Learning curriculum which is able to increase student achievement, and there are also obstacles found because this Independent Curriculum is relatively new. The key to successful implementation of the independent learning curriculum is that teachers and students increase the mindset of wanting to make new breakthroughs so that the results achieved can be maximized. Since implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMPN 1 Nisam Antara, we have changed our mindset in order to achieve educational goals effectively, created strategies and supported this by applying competence to teachers. It can be seen that student achievement has increased, the independent learning curriculum contributes to increasing student achievement because in the independent learning curriculum the modules created are determined according to students' interests and learning styles so that all students can achieve. The Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students is an independent curriculum program that did not exist in the previous curriculum to strengthen various competencies in the profile of Pancasila students. These things are interrelated and are a supporting factor in increasing student achievement in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMPN 1 Nisam Antara (North Aceh).
