Abstrak tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh stereotip dan pola pikir berkembang terhadap kreativitas karyawan yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja pada karyawan j&t express kota banda aceh. sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 126 karyawan j&t express kota banda aceh. metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software statistical package for the social sciences (spss) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel yang terlibat. berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu stereotip, pola pikir berkembang dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas karyawan. stereotip dan pola pikir berkembang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. kemudian, berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi dengan sobel test ditemukan bahwa motivasi kerja memediasi secara parsial pengaruh antara stereotip dan pola pikir berkembang terhadap kreativitas karyawan. kata kunci : kreativitas karyawan, stereotip, pola pikir berkembang, motivasi kerja

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of stereotypes and growth mindset on employee creativity which is mediated by work motivation in J&T Express employees in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this research was 126 employees of J&T Express Banda Aceh City. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software to determine the influence between the variables involved. Based on the test results, the research results showed that stereotypes, growth mindset and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Stereotypes and growth mindset have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Then, based on the results of the mediation test using the Sobel test, it was found that work motivation partially mediates the influence of stereotypes and a growth mindset on employee creativity.
