Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri mycobacterium tuberculosis dan menginfeksi baik orang dewasa maupun anak-anak. selaku gate keeper, peran dokter di layanan primer sangat penting dalam mendiagnosis kasus yang ada, termasuk kasus tuberkulosis pada anak. salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap dan tindakan seorang dokter adalah pengetahuan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan terhadap sikap dan tindakan dokter puskesmas dalam penanggulangan kasus tuberkulosis anak di wilayah kerja puskesmas kota banda aceh. penelitian dilakukan di 11 puskesmas kota banda aceh dengan jenis penelitian berupa analitik koleratif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dan alat instrumen kuesioner. sampel berjumlah 52 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas dokter puskesmas memiliki pengetahuan baik (61,5%) dan cukup baik (38,5%). sikap dokter puskesmas tergolong baik (16%) dan cukup baik (69,2%). kebanyakan dokter puskesmas memiliki tindakan yang baik (98,1%) dan cukup baik (1,9%). hasil analisis bivariat melalui uji statistik chi square diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,018 antara pengetahuan terhadap sikap dokter puskesmas dalam penanggulangan kejadian tuberkulosis anak, dan ditemukan nilai p-value = 0,425 pada hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap tindakan dokter puskesmas dalam penanggulangan kejadian tuberkulosis anak. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, terdapat hubungan pengetahuan terhadap sikap dokter puskesmas dalam penanggulangan kejadian tuberkulosis anak, dan tidak terdapat hubungan pengetahuan terhadap tindakan dokter puskesmas dalam penanggulangan kejadian tuberkulosis anak.

As gatekeepers, the role of doctors in primary care is very important in diagnosing existing cases, including cases of tuberculosis in children. One of the factors that influences a doctor's attitudes and actions is knowledge. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and the attitudes and actions of community health center doctors in handling childhood tuberculosis cases in the working area of the Banda Aceh City Community Health Center. The research was conducted at 11 Banda Aceh City Health Centers with the type of research in the form of collerative analytics using a cross sectional approach and questionnaire instruments. The sample consisted of 52 people and sampling used total sampling techniques. The results showed that the majority of community health center doctors had good (61.5%) and quite good (38.5%) knowledge. The attitude of community health center doctors was classified as good (16%) and quite good (69.2%). Most health center doctors performed well (98.1%) and quite well (1.9%). The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi Square statistical test obtained a P-Value = 0.018 between knowledge of the attitudes of community health center doctors in dealing with childhood tuberculosis incidents, and a P-Value value = 0.425 was found for the relationship between knowledge and actions of community health center doctors in dealing with childhood tuberculosis incidents. So it can be concluded that, there is a relationship between knowledge and the attitude of community health center doctors in dealing with childhood tuberculosis incidents, and there is no relationship between knowledge and the actions of community health center doctors in dealing with childhood tuberculosis incidents.
