Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh self-esteem dan optimism terhadap subjective career success yang dimediasi oleh career adaptability karyawan btn syariah kantor cabang banda aceh. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 karyawan di btn syariah kantor cabang banda aceh dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. kemudian, penelitian ini menggunakan peralatan pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner (angket). penelitian ini menggunakan hierarchical regression linear sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang terlibat dan pengaruh mediasi. berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem dan optimism berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap subjective career success dan career adaptability, career adaptability berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap subjective career success, dan career adaptability memediasi pengaruh self-esteem dan optimism terhadap subjective career success. implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perhatian terhadap lingkungan pekerjaan yang nyaman, memberikan pelatihan tentang peningkatan karier internal perusahaan, serta mendorong interaksi sosial yang positif antar karyawan. kata kunci: self-esteem, optimism, subjective career success, career adaptability

Abstract
This study aims to test the influence of Self-Esteem and Optimism on Subjective Career Success mediated by Career Adaptability of BTN Syariah Employees at the Banda Aceh Branch Office. The sample in this study was 110 employees at BTN Syariah Banda Aceh Branch Office using census techniques. Then, this study uses data collection equipment, namely a questionnaire. This study uses Hierarchical Linear Regression as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved and the mediation effect. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that Self-Esteem and Optimism have a significant positive effect on Subjective Career Success and Career Adaptability, Career Adaptability has a significant positive effect on Subjective Career Success, and Career Adaptability mediates the effect of Self-Esteem and Optimism on Subjective Career Success. The practical implications of this research are the importance of paying attention to a comfortable work environment, providing training on internal company career development, and encouraging positive social interactions between employees.
