Wilayah sungai krueng raba memiliki aktivitas padat dengan kegiatan manusia disekitar muara sungai dan juga berada di sekitar tempat pemberhentian kapal nelayan. kegiatan tersebut berpengaruh penting akan peningkatan nilai total suspended solid dan berpotensi memiliki pengaruh dengan faktor lingkungan lainnnya. selain itu, pengaruh aliran sungai dari muara menuju ke hulu sungai dapat membawa partikel padatan tersupensi di dalam air dan juga dipengaruhi oleh masing – masing faktor lingkungan sekitar. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis distribusi tss dan hubungannya dengan kecerahan, salinitas, suhu dan ph air disaat tidak hujan dan disaat hujan di perairan krueng raba, aceh besar. metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling di 4 stasiun dengan melihat perbedaan hasil nilai tss di setiap stasiunnya. pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif menghitung nilai total suspended solid yang mengacu pada sni 06-6989.3-2019 dengan pengukuran parameter lainnya secara in-situ dan ex-situ. hasil penelitian yang didapatkan di perairan krueng raba, nilai tss yang didapatkan disaat tidak hujan berkisar antara 30 – 50 mg/l, sedangkan disaat hujan tidak terdapat variasi dengan nilai tss sebesar 10 mg/l. tingkat kecerahan air yang didapatkan selama disaat tidak hujan berkisar antara 108 – 205 cm, sementara salama disaat hujan berkisar antara 77,5 – 203 cm. nilai salinitas didapatkan disaat tidak hujan berkisar antara 25 – 30 ppt, sedangkan disaat hujan berkisar antara 10 – 18 ppt. suhu air didapatkan berkisar antara 30 – 33 °c disaat tidak hujan dan disaat hujan. nilai ph berkisar antara 7,8 – 8,0 disaat tidak hujan dan turun sedikit disaat hujan yang berkisar antara 7,4 – 7,6. kata kunci: total suspended solid , disaat tidak hujan, disaat hujan, kuantitatif

Abstract
The Krueng Raba River area is densely populated with human activities around the river mouth and also around fishing boat stops. These activities have an important effect on increasing the value of Total Suspended Solid and potentially have an influence with other environmental factors. In addition, the influence of river flow from the estuary to the upstream of the river can carry suspended solid particles in the water and is also influenced by each environmental factor. This study aims to analyze the distribution of TSS and its relationship with brightness, salinity, temperature and pH of water when it does not rain and when it rains in the waters of Krueng Raba, Aceh Besar. The sampling method used Purposive Sampling technique at 4 stations by looking at the differences in the results of TSS values at each station. Measurements were made using a quantitative method of calculating the value of Total Suspended Solid which refers to SNI 06-6989.3-2019 with measurements of other parameters in-situ and ex-situ. The results of the research obtained in Krueng Raba waters, the TSS value obtained when it was not raining ranged from 30 - 50 mg/l, while when it was raining there was no variation with a TSS value of 10 mg/l. The level of water brightness obtained during non-rainy days ranged from 108 - 205 cm, while during rainy days it ranged from 77.5 - 203 cm. Salinity values obtained when it did not rain ranged from 25 - 30 ppt, while when it rained it ranged from 10 - 18 ppt. Water temperature was found to range from 30 - 33 °C when it was not raining and when it was raining. The pH value ranged from 7.8 - 8.0 when it was not raining and dropped slightly when it was raining which ranged from 7.4 - 7.6.
