(2024). implementasi kurikulum medeka mata pelajaran pjok di smpn kecamatan krueng sabee kab. aceh jaya [skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dr. razali, m.pd dan drs. alfian rinaldy, m.pd. kurikulum merdeka merupakan salah satu kebijakan pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh kemendikbudristek kebijakan ini diperkenalkan sebagai respon terhadap dinamika globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang cepat, yang menuntut sistem pendidikan untuk lebih adaptif dan inovatif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru pjok di smpn kecamatan krueng sabee mengimplementasikan kurikulum tersebut dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses dalam implementasi. metode penelitian ini megunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru pjok smpn di kecamtan krueng sabee berjumlah 5 orang dan wakil kurikulum di lima smpn di kecamtan krueng sabee berjumlah 5 orang. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. teknik analisi data menggunakan tahapan-tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya satu sekolah yaitu smpn unggul yang sudah mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka dengan baik hal ini terungkap melalui hasil wawancara smpn unggul sudah menjalankan program-program yang mendukung penguatan karakter siswa sesuai dengan profil pelajar pancasila, seperti gotong royong, mandiri, kreatif, dan berintegritas, guru di smpn telah mendapatkan pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi untuk memahami dan menerapkan kurikulum merdeka, serta mampu mendesain pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat siswa, sementara smpn 1 calang, smpn 1 krueng sabee, smpn 2 krueng sabee dan smpn 3 krueng sabee masih berada pada tahap awal implementasi hal ini dapat diketehui dari hasil wawancara wakil kurikulum dan guru pjok dalam mengimplementasi kurikulum merdeka belum efektif dimana guru masih kewalahan dalam merancang program-program yang terdapat dalam kurikulum merdeka seperti projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dan sekolah tersebut belum memadai dalam penyediaan bahan ajar seperti buku paket. kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru dan tenaga kependidikan terhadap konsep dan tujuan kurikulum merdeka, diperlukan pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi kurikulum merdeka di semua sekolah. kata kunci : kurikulum merdeka, pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan (pjok)



Abstract

ABSTRACT Mazidatul Maulia. (2024). Implementation of the Independent Curriculum for Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) Subject at SMPN in Krueng Sabee Subdistrict, Aceh Jaya Regency [Sripsi. Syiah Kuala University]. Supervised by Dr. Razali, M.Pd and Drs. Alfian Rinaldy, M.Pd. Independent Curriculum is an educational policy implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This policy was introduced in response to the dynamics of globalization and the rapid development of technology, which demand a more adaptive and innovative education system. This study aims to understand how PJOK teachers at public junior high schools in Krueng Sabee District implement the curriculum and the factors that influence the implementation process. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The subjects of this study are PJOK teachers from public junior high schools in Krueng Sabee District, totaling 5 people, and curriculum deputies from five public junior high schools in Krueng Sabee District, also totaling 5 people. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that only one school, SMPN Unggul, has successfully implemented the Independent Curriculum. This was revealed through interviews indicating that SMPN Unggul has carried out programs that support the strengthening of student character according to the Profile of Pancasila Students, such as mutual cooperation, independence, creativity, and integrity. The teachers at SMPN Unggul have received training and competency development to understand and implement the Independent Curriculum and are capable of designing learning experiences that suit the needs and interests of students. Meanwhile, SMPN 1 Calang, SMPN 1 Krueng Sabee, SMPN 2 Krueng Sabee, and SMPN 3 Krueng Sabee are still in the early stages of implementation. This can be seen from interviews with the curriculum deputies and PJOK teachers, indicating that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum has not been effective. Teachers are still struggling to design programs included in the Independent Curriculum, such as the Project to Strengthen the Profile of Pancasila Students, and these schools have not adequately provided teaching materials such as textbooks. The challenges faced in implementing the Independent Curriculum include a lack of understanding among teachers and educational staff regarding the concepts and objectives of the Independent Curriculum. Further training and competency development are needed to increase the effectiveness of the Independent Curriculum implementation in all schools.
