Garis pantai merupakan batas pertemuan antara air dan daratan yang memiliki peran penting terhadap ekosistem pantai, garis pantai memiliki sifat dinamis dan memilki posisi yang berubah ubah. perubahan garis pantai dapat terjadi karna adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi nya baik alam dan manusia. perubahan garis pantai yang terjadi secara terus menerus dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya abrasi dan akresi pada pesisir pantai. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai perubahan dan nilai laju perubahan garis pantai kabupaten aceh jaya menggunakan digital shoreline analysis system (dsas) berdasarkan citra satelit landsat 8 tahun 2013-2023. penelitian ini menghasilkan peta dan nilai perubahan garis pantai kabupaten aceh jaya tahun 2013-2023 pada setiap kecamatan. perubahan garis pantai yang paling tinggi terjadi pada tahun 2017-2019 dengan nilai laju perubahan garis pantai 10,89 meter/tahun dan nilai perubahan garis pantai paling rendah terjadi pada tahun 2021-2023 dengan nilai laju perubahan garis pantai -4,62 meter/tahun kata kunci: abrasi, akresi, garis pantai, dsas, landsat 8

The coastline is the boundary between water and land and plays a crucial role in the coastal ecosystem. The coastline is dynamic and its position can change over time. Changes in the coastline can occur due to various factors, both natural and human-induced. Continuous changes in the coastline can lead to processes such as erosion (abrasion) and sediment accumulation (accretion) along the coast. The aim of this study is to determine the value and rate of coastline change in Aceh Jaya Regency using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) based on Landsat 8 satellite imagery from 2013 to 2023. This study produces maps and data on coastline changes in Aceh Jaya Regency for the years 2013-2023 for each sub-district. The most significant coastline change occurred between 2017 and 2019, with a coastline change rate of 10.89 meters per year, while the lowest coastline change rate was observed between 2021 and 2023, with a rate of -4.62 meters per year.
