Abstrak samsier.1705150020021 identifikas komoditi unggulan hhbk dan kontribusinya terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di desa marpunge kecamatan purti betung kabupaten gayo lues.dibawah bimbingan dr.ir dahlan,s.hut,,m.si.,ipu sebagai pembimbing pertama ,dan pembimbing ke dua andi fauzan r.fohan, s.p,m.p. hasil hutan bukan kayu (hhbk) atau non timber forest product (ntfp) memiliki nilai yang sangat strategis, hhbk merupakan salah satu sumber daya hutan yang memiliki keunggulan komparatif dan bersinggungan langsung oleh masyarakat di sekitar hutan. keanekaragaman jenis hasil hutan bukan kayu yang di manfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitar hutan di mana sebagian ada yang di manfaatkan secara komsumtif, sehingga sulit untuk menilai secara tepat sejauh mana sebenarnya komoditas hasil hutan dan bukan kayu bagi kehidupan masyarakat. pemungutan hhbk tidak memerlukan perizinan yang rumit sebagaimana dalam pemungutan hasil hutan kayu (timber) masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar hutan umumnya bebas memungut dan memanfaatkan hhbk dari dalam hutan. masyarakat tidak dilarang memungut dan memanfaatkan hhbk baik di dalam hutan produksi maupun hutan lindung, kecuali di dalam kawasan suaka alam dan kawasan pelestarian alam oleh karena itu, selain menjadi sumber devisa bagi negara, hhbk seperti rotan, binatang, madu, damar, gaharu, getah, berbagai macam minyak tumbuhan, bahan obat-obatan. salah satu desa di kabupaten gayo lues yang memiliki unggulan hhbk adalah desa marpunge. desa marpunge berdekatan langsung dengan kawasan hutan. hampir semua penduduknya berprofesi sebagai petani . rumusan masalah berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka dapat dirumuskan permasalahannya yaitu : (1) bagaimana komoditas unggulan hhbk di desa marpunge kecamatan putri betungkabupaten gayo lues (2) bagaimana pendapatan masyarakat terhadap hhbk di desa marpunge kecamatan putri betung kabupaten gayo lues. berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan ialah untuk mengetahui komoditi hhbk, dan untuk mengetahui hasil pendapatan masyarakat terhadap hhbk di desa marpunge kecamatan putri betung kabupaten gayo lues alat dan bahan alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah seperti :kamera handphone, labtop, alat tulis lainnya. bahan yang digunakan ialah kuesioner dan masyarakat sekitar kawasan marpunge kecamatan putri betung kabupaten gayo lues. populasi dan sampel populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang ada di desa marpunge, jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis metode data ialah sebagai berikut: data primer, data sekunder. metode pengumpulan data, observasi lapangan, wawancara. analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriktif berdasarkan tabel dan diagram yang didapat. berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah pendapatan petani dari hkm berupa hhbk kakau, kembiri dan pinang: 1.pendapatan masyarakat desa marpunge kecamatan putri betung dari tanaman kakao pertahunnya sebesar rp. 1.389.586.000., 2.pendapatan masyarakat desa marpunge kecamatan putri betung dari tanaman kembiri pertahunnya sebesarrp. 686.922.000., 3.pendapatan masyarakat desa marpunge kecamatan putri betung dari tanaman pinang pertahunnya sebesar rp. 88.407.000., dari pendapatan berupa kakau, kambiri dan pinang pertahunnya masyarakat desa marpunge kecamatan putri betung berjumlah rp1.801.675.163.000. kata kunci : hhbk, komoditi ungulan,masyarakat gayo lues

ABSTRACT Non-timber forest Products (NTFPs) have a very strategic value, NTFPs are one of the forest resources that have comparative advantages and are directly related to the community around the forest. The diversity of NTFPs utilized by the community around the forest, some of which are utilized consumptively, makes it difficult to accurately assess the extent to which these forest products and non-timber commodities actually provide benefits to the community's life. NTFP collection does not require complicated permits such as the collection of timber forest products (wood), communities around the forest are generally free to collect and utilize NTFPs from within the forest. Communities are not prohibited from collecting and utilizing NTFPs both in production forests and protected forests, except in nature reserves and nature conservation areas. Therefore, in addition to being a source of foreign exchange for the country, NTFPs include rattan, animals, honey, resin, agarwood, palm sap, various types of plant oils, and medicinal ingredients. One of the villages in Gayo Lues district that has superior NTFPs is Marpunge Village. Marpunge village borders directly on the forest area. Almost all of the population works as farmers. Problem Formulation Based on the background, the following problems can be formulated: (1) How are the superior commodities of HHBK in Marpunge Village, Putri Betung District, Gayo Lues Regency (2) How is the income of the community from HHBK in Marpunge Village, Putri Betung District, Gayo Lues Regency. Based on the results of the study, to find out the HHBK commodities, and the income of the community from HHBK in Marpunge Village, Putri Betung District, Gayo Lues Regency Tools and Materials The tools used in this study such as cellphone cameras, laptops, other stationery. The materials used are questionnaires and the community around the Marpunge area, Putri Betung District, Gayo Lues Regency. Population and Sample The population used in this study is the community in Marpunge Village, Data Types In this study, two types of data methods were used, namely: Primary data and secondary data. Data Collection Methods, Field Observations, Interviews. Data analysis in this study was carried out descriptively based on the tables and diagrams obtained. Based on the results of this study, the income of farmers from HKm in the form of NTFPs cocoa, kembiri, and areca nut: 1. The income of the Marpunge village community, Putri Betung sub-district from cocoa plants per year is Rp. 1,389,586,000., 2. The income of the Marpunge village community, Putri Betung sub-district from kembiri plants per year is Rp. 686,922,000., 3. The income of the Marpunge village community, Putri Betung sub-district from areca nut plants per year is Rp. 88,407,000. From the income in the form of cocoa, kambiri, and areca nuts per year, the community of Marpunge Village, Putri Betung Sub-district, is Rp1,801,675,163,000.
