Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa melalui model problem based learning (pbl) pada materi aljabar di kelas vii-1 mtsn 9 bireuen dapat mencapai kktp. latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran matematika, sebagian siswa belum mencapai kriteria ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran (kktp) yang ditetapkan yaitu 75. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian adalah pre-experimental design dengan jenis yang dipilih one shot case study. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas vii-1 sampai vii-5 di mtsn 9 bireuen yang berjumlah 5 kelas dan terdiri dari 143 orang siswa. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas vii-2 yang terdiri dari 30 orang. instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal tes hasil belajar. teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji-t (t-test) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,883 dan nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,691, sehingga t_hitung≥t_tabel yang artinya h1 diterima dan h0 ditolak. sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran pbl pada materi aljabar di mtsn 9 bireuen dapat mencapai nilai kktp. kata kunci: hasil belajar, model problem based learning.

This research aims to determine whether student learning outcomes using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in algebra material in class VII-2 at MTsN 9 Bireuen can achieve the KKTP. The background of this research is based on the low learning outcomes of students in mathematics, where some students have not met the established Learning Achievement Criteria (KKTP), which is set at 75. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design, specifically a one-shot case study. The population in this study comprises all students from classes VII-1 to VII-5 at MTsN 9 Bireuen, totaling 5 classes and consisting of 143 students. The sample for this study is the students of class VII-2, consisting of 30 students. The instrument used in this research is a learning outcome test. The analysis technique used in this research is the t-test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the research results, the calculated t-value is 1.883, and the t-table value is 1.691, so t_Calculated≥t_tabel, which means H1 is accepted, and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that student learning outcomes through the application of the PBL model in algebra material at MTsN 9 Bireuen can achieve the KKTP value.
