Tingkat kesuburan suatu perairan umumnya dikaitkan dengan kelimpahan fitoplankton, yang merupakan unsur penting dalam rantai makanan suatu perairan. faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu, suhu, salinitas, kecerahan, ph, nitrat, ostofosfat, alkalinitas, dan kelimpahan fitoplankton. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuburan perairan berdasarkan kelimpahan fitoplankton di perairan tambak udang vaname (litopenaeus vannamei) di alue naga. penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan januari 2024. metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode purposive sampling. pemilihan lokasi dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling pada 3 titik stasiun dan pengambilan sampel. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didapat nilai nitrat sebesar 0,116 mg/l tergolong dalam kategori oligotrofik (rendah). fosfat menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata sebesar 11,46 mg/l tergolong kedalam kandungan yang sangat subur sekali. alkalinitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata 261 mg/l. kelimpahan fitoplankton di tambak intensif alue naga, kota banda aceh berkisar antara 533,333 – 1733,333 ind/l. kelimpahan fitoplankton secara keseluruhan pada lokasi penelitian tergolong ke dalam kategori mesotrofik (sedang). kata kunci: alkalinitas, fosfat, kelimpahan fitoplankton, nitrat, perairan alue naga, tingkat kesuburan



Abstract

The fertility level of a body of water is generally associated with the reporting of phytoplankton, which is an important element in the food chain of a body of water. The influencing factors are temperature, salinity, brightness, pH, nitrate, ostophosphate, alkalinity, and phytoplankton. This research aims to determine the level of water fertility based on phytoplankton reports in the waters of vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) ponds in Alue Naga. This research was conducted in January 2024. The method used in this research was the purposive sampling method. Location selection was carried out using a purposive sampling method at 3 station points and sampling. The research results showed that the nitrate value obtained was 0.116 mg/L, which was classified as oligotrophic (low). Phosphate shows that the average value of 11.46 mg/L is very fertile. Alkalinity shows that the average value is 261 mg/L. Phytoplankton abundance in Alue Naga intensive ponds, Banda Aceh City ranges from 533,333 – 1733,333 ind/L.
