Pelaksanaan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum merdeka adalah proses pemberian bantuan terstruktur kepada peserta didik untuk mencapai perkembangan optimal mereka, baik secara pribadi, belajar, sosial dan karir dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai pancasila dan semangat kemerdekaan. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum merdeka. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitian yaitu 7 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling. teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara semi struktur dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum merdeka, proses pelaksanaannya masih menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum merdeka, guru bk melaksanakan layanan dasar era merdeka belajar melalui 1) perencanaan layanan menyesuaikan kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa menggunakan asesmen, 2) pelaksanaan kegiatan layanan secara langsung yang dilakukan guru bk meliputi bimbingan klasikal, bimbingan kelompok, kelas besar/lintas kelas, mengembangkan atau membuat alat peraga,elektronik dan komputer, melalui media, dan berkolaborasi dengan guruguru serta kepala sekolah, pelaksanan tersebut sedang dalam proses menyesuaikan kurikulum merdeka 3) melakukan evaluasi dan menyusun laporan untuk melihat ketercapaian layanan yang telah dilakukan serta 4). hambatan yang dihadapi berasal dari hambatan eksternal dan internal seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana,waktu, terdapat 1 guru bk yang kurang memahami merdeka belajar, siswa kurang aktif dan terbuka dll.



Abstract

The implementation of basic guidance and counseling services in the independent curriculum is the process of providing structured assistance to students to achieve their optimal development, both personally, learning, socially and career by integrating Pancasila values and the spirit of independence. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of basic guidance and counseling services in the independent curriculum. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the research subjects were 7 Guidance and Counseling teachers. Data collection techniques are semi-structured interviews and documentation while the data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, it was concluded that the implementation of basic guidance and counseling services in the independent curriculum, the implementation process is still adjusting to the independent curriculum, BK teachers carry out basic services in the independent learning era through 1) service planning adjusting the needs and characteristics of students by identifying student needs using assessments, 2) implementation of direct service activities carried out by BK teachers including classical guidance, group guidance, large classes/cross-classes, developing or making teaching aids, electronics and computers, through the media, and collaborating with teachers and principals, the implementation is in the process of adjusting the independent curriculum 3) conducting evaluations and compiling reports to see the achievement of services that have been carried out and 4). The obstacles faced come from external and internal obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure, time, there is 1 BK teacher who does not understand independent learning, students are less active and open, etc.
