[skripsi. univertas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dr. cut morina zubainur, s.pd., m.pd. dan dewi annisa s.pd., m.pd. persepsi guru penting untuk diperhatikan karena guru adalah salah satu faktor penting atau pelaksana pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka. informasi mengenai persepsi guru matematika di smp negeri 3 montasik masih sangat terbatas. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripkan bagaimana persepsi guru matematika terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka di smp negeri 3 montasik dan hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam pelaksanaannya. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. tempat penelitian dilakukan di smp negeri 3 montasik. subjek penelitian merupakan dua guru matematika di smp negeri 3 montasik. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) persepsi guru matematika terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka di smp negeri 3 montasik adalah positif (2) hambatan yang dihadapi guru matematika berupa sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai. kata kunci: kurikulum merdeka, persepsi guru

The teacher's perception is important to pay attention because the teacher is one of the important or enforcing factors in the implementation of a merdeka curriculum. Information about the perception of mathematics teachers at SMP negeri 3 Montasik 3 is still very limited. This research aims to describe how the perception of mathematics teachers towards the implementation of merdeka curriculum in SMP negeri 3 Montasik and the obstacles faced by teachers in its implementation. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The research site was carried out at the SMP negeri 3rd Montasik. The research subjects are two mathematics teachers at the SMP negeri 3rd Montasik. Data collection is carried out using the interview guidelines, observation sheets and documentation instruments. The results of the research show that (1) the perception of mathematics teachers towards the implementation of merdeka curricula in SMP negeri 3 Montasik is positive (2) the obstacles faced by mathematical teachers are inadequate means and facilities.
