The object of this research is to examine the influence of bond rating and fee both simultanieosly and partially, toward islamic bond price issued by companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange (bei) for the year 2008-2010. the research type used in census method and unbalanced panel data, there are 18 islamic bond fulfilling the population criteria. data in this study is secondary data which provided by indonesia stock exchange. data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis which cultivated with spss (statistical product and service solution) 18.0 for windows evolution version. the result of this research shows that (1) bond rating and fee have influence toward islamic bond price, (2) bond rating has positive influence toward islamic bond price, (3) fee has negative influence toward islamic bond price. keywords: islamic bond price, bond rating, and fee.
