Desa cot jambo terletak di wilayah kecamatan blang bintang, kabupaten aceh besar merupakan salah satu desa yang berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada penduduk. salah satu aspek yang penting dalam pelayanan penduduk di desa cot jambo adalah sistem persuratan yang berbasis digital atau website. dimana sebelumnya pelayanan di desa cjb masih berbasis manual. manfaatnya untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pelayanan masyarakat. membantu pihak kepala seksi pemerintahan dalam penyusunan dokumen kependudukan guna lebih meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan kantor desa cot jambo serta pendataan. pembuatan sistem informasi desa ini menggunakan metode rapid application development (rad), yaitu metode pengembangan sistem yang mempunyai keunggulan dalam proses pembuatan sistem yang sangat cepat dan hasil yang baik. metode rapid application development (rad) pada pengembangan sistem layanan surat desa cot jambo untuk peningkatan pelayanan masyarakat dan efisiensi administrasi desa yang dibangun dengan framework laravel dan database mysql.

The village of Cot Jambo, located in the Blang Bintang sub-district, Aceh Besar Regency, is one of the villages striving to improve the quality of services to its residents. One of the important aspects of service in Cot Jambo village is a digital or website-based correspondence system. Previously, the services in Cot Jambo village were still manual. The benefits of this system include making the service process easier and faster for the community and assisting the general staff in the preparation of population documents to further enhance the performance and service of the Cot Jambo Village Office, as well as data management. The development of this village information system uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which has the advantage of a very fast system development process with good results. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is applied in the development of the Cot Jambo Village Letter Service System to improve community services and village administration efficiency, built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database.
