Ikan bawal (colossoma macropomum) merupakan jenis ikan penting dalam kegiatan budidaya air tawar. penyakit yang menyerang ikan disebabkan oleh parasit, jamur, bakteri, dan virus. penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian larutan jeruk nipis pada ikan bawal yang diinfeksi bakteri aeromonas hydrophila. penelitian ini dilakukan selama 14 hari, bertempat di laboratorium pembenihan dan pembiakan ikan fakultas kelautan dan perikanan, universitas syiah kuala. metode penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (ral), dengan 6 kali perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. adapun perlakuan yang digunakan adalah p1 (kontrol normal) tanpa perendaman larutan jeruk nipis dan tidak diuji tantang bakteri, p2 (kontrol +) tanpa perendaman larutan jeruk nipis dan diuji tantang bakteri, p3 perendaman perasan jeruk nipis 0,1%, p4 : perendaman perasan jeruk nipis 0,2%, p5 perendaman perasan jeruk nipis 0,3%, p6 perendaman perasan jeruk nipis 0,4%. data diperoleh melalui data primer dan data sekunder. hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji anova menunjukkan bahwa pemberian larutan jeruk nipis tidak berpengaruh nyata (p



Abstract

Pomfret (Colossoma macropomum) is an important type of fish in freshwater aquaculture activities. Diseases that attack fish are caused by parasites, fungi, bacteria, and viruses. This study aims to determine the effect of giving lime solution to pomfret infected with Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria. This study was conducted for 14 days, located in the Fish Breeding and Cultivation Laboratory, Faculty of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Syiah Kuala University. The research method is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 6 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments used are P1 (normal control) Without immersion in lime solution and not tested for bacterial challenges, P2 (control +) Without immersion in lime solution and tested for bacterial challenges, P3 Soaking in 0.1% lime juice, P4: Soaking in 0.2% lime juice, P5 Soaking in 0.3% lime juice, P6 Soaking in 0.4% lime juice.
