Acinetobacter baumannii merupakan bakteri patogen yang dapat menginfeksi manusia. peningkatan angka infeksi acinetobacter baumannii diikuti oleh peningkatan resistansi antibiotik. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prevalensi, distribusi acinetobacter baumannii berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan ruang rawat, serta pola kepekaan antibiotik terhadap acinetobacter baumannii yang terisolasi dari spesimen luka di rsud dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh. jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif. data acinetobacter baumannii yang terisolasi dari spesimen luka periode januari 2021-mei 2024 dikumpulkan dan dianalisis. tahapan penelitian meliputi registrasi sampel, isolasi, identifikasi, dan uji kepekaan antibiotik menggunakan alat vitek® 2 compact (biomerieux, perancis). hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan acinetobacter baumannii yang diperoleh dari spesimen luka adalah sebanyak 147 isolat. distribusi acinetobacter baumannii berdasarkan usia paling banyak ditemukan pada pasien berusia >55 tahun sebanyak 66 orang (44,90%). distribusi acinetobacter baumannii berdasarkan jenis kelamin paling banyak ditemukan pada laki-laki sebanyak 76 orang (51,70%). distribusi acinetobacter baumannii berdasarkan ruang rawat paling banyak ditemukan pada ruang rawat bedah sebanyak 49 isolat (33,33%). kepekaan acinetobacter baumannii secara umum paling tinggi terhadap amikacin sebesar 54%. kelompok crab didapatkan 115 isolat (78%) dan kelompok csab 32 isolat (22%). crab menunjukkan kepekaan rendah terhadap antibiotik, paling tinggi adalah amikacin (44%). csab menunjukkan kepekaan yang tinggi terhadap meropenem (100%), amikacin (91%) dan tobramycin (78%). prevalensi crab yang tinggi pada spesimen luka merupakan tantangan dalam bidang kesehatan. penggunaan antibiotik amikacin dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai terapi empirik pada infeksi luka acinetobacter baumannii. kata kunci: acinetobacter baumannii, antibiotik, distribusi, spesimen luka

Abstract
Acinetobacter baumannii is a pathogenic bacteria that can infect humans. The increase in the number of Acinetobacter baumannii infections is accompanied by an increase in antibiotic resistance. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence, distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii based on age, sex, and ward, as well as the pattern of antibiotic sensitivity to Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from wound specimens at RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. This type of research is descriptive observational. Data on Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from wound specimens for the period January 2021-May 2024 were collected and analyzed. The research stages included sample registration, isolation, identification, and antibiotic sensitivity testing using the VITEK® 2 Compact (Biomerieux, France). The results of this study showed that there were 147 isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii obtained from wound specimens. The distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii based on age was mostly found in patients aged >55 years as many as 66 people (44.90%). The distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii based on gender was mostly found in men, 76 people (51.70%). The distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii based on the ward was mostly found in the operating room with 49 isolates (33.33%). The general sensitivity of Acinetobacter baumannii was highest to amikacin at 54%. The CRAB group obtained 115 isolates (78%) and the CSAB group 32 isolates (22%). CRAB showed low sensitivity to antibiotics, the highest being amikacin (44%). CSAB showed high sensitivity to meropenem (100%), amikacin (91%) and tobramycin (78%). The high prevalence of CRAB in wound specimens is a challenge in the health sector. The use of the antibiotic amikacin can be considered as empirical therapy for Acinetobacter baumannii wound infections. Keywords: Acinetobacter baumannii, antibiotics, distribution, wound specimens
