Pengaruh konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh alami lidah buaya terhadap pertumbuhan dua varietas setek jambu madu (syzygium aqueum l.) the effect of concentration of natural growth regulators of aloe vera on the growth of two varieties of honey guava cuttings (syzygium aqueum l.) hermiati br berutu1, zuyasna2, nurhayati2 1mahasiswa program studi agroteknologi psdku gayo lues, fakultas pertanian, universitas syiah kuala. 2 dosen program studi agroteknologi psdku gayo lues, fakultas pertanian, universitas syiah kuala. abstrak. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh alami lidah buaya terhadap pertumbuhan dua varietas jambu madu, serta interaksi kedua faktor tersebut penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kompleks perumahan sektor timur, darussalam banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok pola faktorial 4x2 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan 24 unit percobaan, setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 3 sampel. ada 2 faktor yang diteliti, faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh alami lidah buaya yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : 0, 25, 50, dan 75%. faktor kedua adalah varietas yang terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu varietas deli (hijau) dan black kingkong (merah). hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlakuan konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh lidah buaya berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter jumlah tunas umur 6 dan 8 mst, jumlah daun umur 6 dan 8 mst, panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter jumlah tunas umur 2 dan 4 mst dan jumlah daun umur 4 mst. serta tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter lainnya. pertumbuhan setek jambu madu terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh lidah buaya 75%. varietas jambu madu berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang akar namun berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap parameter lainnya. pertumbuhan setek jambu madu terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan varietas deli (hijau). terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh lidah buaya dan varietas terhadap parameter panjang akar. kombinasi yang lebih baik dijumpai pada konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh lidah buaya 75% dengan varietas deli (hijau). kata kunci: perbanyakan vegetatif tanaman hortikultura, mengandung auksin dan giberilin

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of the concentration of natural growth regulator of aloe vera on the growth of two honey guave varieties, as well as the interaction these two factors. This research was carried out in the East Sector Housing Complex, Darussalam Banda Aceh. This research uses Randomized Block Design with a 4x2 factorial pattern with 3 replications, so that there were 8 treatment combinations in 24 experiment units, each treatment consisting of 3 sample. There are 2 factors studied, the first factors is the natural growth regulator concentrations, so aloe vera which consists of 4 kevels, namely 0, 25, 50 and 75%. The second factors isnthe variety which consist of 2 levels, namely the Deli (Green) and Black Kingkong (Red) variety. The result of this research show that the concentration treatment of aloe vera growth regulator has a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of shoots aged 6 and 8 WAP, the number of leaves aged 6 and 8 WAP, root length. Number of roots, wet stem weight, and dry stem weight and had a significant effect on the parameters of number of shoots aged 4 WAP and number of leaves aged WAP. And it ha sno real effect on other parameters. The best growth of honey guave cutting was found in the treatment with aloe vera growth regulator concentration of 75%. The best growt of honey guave cuttings was found in the Deli (Green) variety. There is a very real interaction between the growth regulator concentration of aloe vera and the variety on root length parameters. The interaction between 75% aloe vera growth regulator concentratoin and the Deli (Green) variety is the best. Keywords: Vegetative propagation of horticultural plants, contains auxin and gibberlin
